Unprofessional communication
Unprofessional communication, they were appointed to repair my dryer by Hisense-Elgiganten, the response was so delayed, and they never even acknowledged Elgiganten that it was decided to get the replacement instead of reparation.
The mail trail is never the same, unacceptable unprofessional gesture, I believe intentionally followed to distress customer.

Could be better - but improvements are underway
On the 19th of September I made an order in the online webshop for an Apple Watch. Unfortunately, due to some technical errors, the order did not go trough and my payment got stuck in a loop. It took a bit of time and some calls to the customer service to have the order refunded, but in the end it went trough. What surprised me is a call from the owner trying to understand what went wrong and follow-up after this happened - explaining what went wrong from their side and understanding the experience I had as a customer. Even though I ended up buying the product elsewhere, I can definitely see that they are trying to improve the e-shop. Maybe in the future, we can try again.
