Appalling marketing

Appalling marketing. I signed up for the day event starting 14th of October believing it to be a live event.

It wasn't live at all. A pre record!!!

So disingenuous and would never sign up for the paid programme. You have brought Dr Maté and the others into disrepute by association.

If there is a way of losing trust and deceiving potential trauma victims - You may have just added to their trauma.

This is a disgrace and deserves a public apology.

Beware of scam

Signed up for free webinar advertised on social media as taking place live at 7pm London time on 15th, 16th and 17th October. The advert even said something along the lines of put the dates in your diary. I then got an email with a link to watch the REPLAYS of these 3 webinars which had already taken place. The link didn’t work and the email of course heavily advertised a paid programme. I was cynical when I signed up but I thoroughly read all the text on the initial advert to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and it definitely said the webinars were taking place on the three dates above and didn’t say anything about replays. VERY misleading.

Outstanding service

Extra information on any subject regarding healing, is helpful. I have never been part of a group that is more informative and engaging than the MentorShow. The amount of resources under this umbrella is absolutely phenomenal!
I have tried numerous, and I mean a plethora of other methods, to try to deal with childhood trauma. This has been, by far, THEE best avenue I have been able to receive.

Not worth your time

They stopped the event right in the middle to advertise. I understand experts aren't giving masterclasses away for free, but this event was free and we had to sit through a lengthy, gimmicky sales pitch that completely turned me off from the rest of the event.

Additionally, when Tim Fletcher was speaking the Mentorshow host kept saying "uh huh" and "yup" in agreement, but it was so disrespectful to Tim and it made it hard to focus on what was being said. The experts aren't talking directly to the host, I really wish he would've muted his mic and did the sales pitch before the Q and A.

I will unfortunately be skipping the expert I was most excited about tomorrow because the host was that awful. Truly ruined the event.

The 4 days of talks were lovely, issue was the host/platform

The 4 days of talks were lovely, all the guests had so many things to say and teach and I felt that part was great. The issue was the host and the platform. First - they were having issues just connecting and starting the live, the host seemed uninterested, replying to each section of the talk with "aha" or just adding a question that was clearly meant to roll into the next section, without any context. Each Q&A was just an advert for their Mentor programme, which costs 399$, it just felt superficial. Really sad, since the guests were lovely and if the platform/host had better questions, this would have been a proper event.

No access.

I signed up and paid for Mentorshow Plus on 23rd September. (Aud633) I have only had access for 1 day on about 26th September. Communication with representatives has been back and forth at least a dozen times. Their advice appears to be accurate, makes sense but I am still unable to gain access regardless of change of passwords, email addresses , changing browsers, switching from phone to tablet etc etc. They have rung me a couple of times but unfortunately I missed their calls. I missed nearly 2 weeks and after an exhaustive effort here was nothing left to try. Something clearly seemed to be blocking my access.
I now need to obtain a refund, does anyone know the process please ?

I would like to amend my review to say that persons from the Mentorshow have worked hard to remedy my problem. Unfortunately it has not worked for me but I believe there was goodwill from the staff at the Mentorshow.

Multiple Issues Quickly Solved

After Javier addressed my concerns, he spoke with the team to understand what happened and quickly resolved my issues while maintaining clear communication with me. The situation involved both payment and technical issues, but the team managed to fix everything at once.

They were helpful whenever and whatever…

They were helpful whenever and whatever I heeded. They gave me all access to all material and replays cause I was not able to make it on time. Responsive to all my questions in a few minutes. Very satisfied with their approach and specially with material!

Powerful healing

So far it has been totally amazing for me in understanding myself with regards to my food addiction.
Very easy to follow the course with short videos and easy exercises.

Mentorshow puts together great mentors, so great webinars !

3-days of healing was a wonderful experience, full of valuable lessons and insights, and on top of that, some useful tools. The selection of speakers was a smart move. The only downside was that the presenter was too advertising-y, which wasn't necessary since the course itself and the speakers are enough advertising.

I attended all 3 Healing days evening…

I attended all 3 Healing days evening courses. All free sessions. These were laid on with 4 experts in the field. The point was also to advertise their course on the website, the subscribers to this really founded the free seminars. There was a lot of negative chat, which I think has been really harsh.
Healing days was very enjoyable and informative, given by some brilliant people. I also think Leo did a good job.

Interesting content, disingenuous marketing

I thought the content of the masterclasses so far (have seen 2 out of the 3, 3rd one is tonight) has been interesting and thought-provoking.

I have no issues with the content quality though it appears to be a free taster to a paid-for course (which I expected).

What I find a disingenuous is that one is led to believe that these are live seminars - live chat throughout, moderator responding to live questions etc. - however these are pre-recorded events, nothing live about them.

I say this from a position of being able to watch "tonight's" event 7 hours earlier than it is supposed to start having found the link to day 3's session (2 hrs 47mins and 43 secs) embedded in the "replay" webpage - not visible in a standard web browser.

As I said, I find the content good and may well go on to purchase Gabor's course but dubious marketing really detracts from the authenticity you are aiming for.

Je suis sincèrement navrée que vous ayez eu l'impression d’assister à des vidéos préenregistrées, même si ce n’était pas le cas. Je comprends tout à fait que cela ait pu prêter à confusion.

Je ne prétends pas savoir ce que vous avez vu mais en réalité, ce live a été réalisé pour différents fuseaux horaires. Il est donc possible que ce que vous ayez vu en premier soit la session diffusée pour les Européens. Le replay, quant à lui, n’a été rendu disponible que le lendemain donc impossible que vous ayez vu le même live 2 fois.

Nos intervenants ont animé ces lives deux fois et, d’ailleurs, toute notre équipe a vraiment donné le maximum pour être présente à chaque diffusion et accompagner les participants au mieux.

Si jamais vous avez des questions ou si vous rencontrez la moindre difficulté, n’hésitez surtout pas à nous en parler. Nous serons toujours ravis de vous aider.

Stay OUT of mental health. You are a business with a very simple model. Mass volume that sells to lots of people some product set of Master classes. People's mental health and well being SHOULD NOT BE an opportunity to capitalize in your model. It shows a complete lack of morals, ethics and integrity. I participated in your "Healing days" and just so disappointed with how obvious this is! Humanity is in massive decay that you think this is acceptable.
