Bad experience!

Bad experience!! My order has been lost by the delivery company. I should have taken more notice of the bad reviews…

This company has a bad distribution network and is in need of a serious reorganisation!! First they told me my bed and mattress would be delivered on a Friday, then I get an email at 1600hrs on the Friday it has been delayed. Then they told me it will be on the Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday and now it has gone missing..

Absolutely Disappointed

Absolutely Disappointed – Broken Chairs & Terrible Customer Service

I ordered chairs from Menzzo and waited over 17 weeks (more than 3 months) for delivery — only to receive broken chairs. When I contacted their customer service for a return or replacement, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, they offered me a voucher instead of a proper refund or replacement. I have no interest in buying from them ever again, so a voucher is useless to me.
This wasn't a one-time issue. it happened twice. Both times, I received damaged products after an unacceptable delay. The experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Menzzo.fr- Menzzo.nl.

I don't recommend ordering on this…

I don't recommend ordering on this website, the customer service is horrible!.
I ordered 2 barchairs on this website. The chairs where nice, but the finishing on the seat and chairs legs looked horrible. So I wanted to send them back. At first, they offered me some of the money back with extra discount, which would not even amount to 50% of the price that I bought the chairs for. I did not wanted to keep them, so they requested that I send them back. I had to send alot of pictures of the chairs out the box and in the box. Then they sent me a retour label and arranged for a company to pick it up. Its been almost 2 MONTHS now and according to them they "still have not recieved the chairs." While I am still waiting to get my money back for 2 WHOLE MONTHS!

Closing off, I would once again like to stress: please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and save your time and money. Because this company does not care for you as a customer!!

I ordered a chair with a waiting period of 12weeks. Its been 15weeks and no chair and no support from the customer service. I thought for a while that I have been scammed but its not. Just bad service and no replies. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

Horrible/AVOID- and how to get your money back

Menzzo supposed to reimburse me with 420 euro within 14 working days. Didnt happen!!!
Since June 2024 until mid-September, I was keep sending email asking about my money and the reply was always the same...sorry, we have a delay, but we are working to return your money.
Dont fall for it...they are just stalling hoping that people will give up eventually. I was about to give up, when I found a very good tip in the other reviews, so I said to give it a try.
People, make a complaint report on signal.conso.gouv.fr. It can be done in English as well. Pay attention that Menzzo is actually registered as Davli company.
Two weeks later I've received my money back...hèhè, what a nightmare is Menzzo!

Not Refunded yet after 6 months

Not Refunded yet after 6 months :
The purchase took place on April 30, 2024, with the number: 25000010370
The product arrived broken, after contacting them they told us that it is a manufacturing defect and they will refund us after sending the product ,we sent it back with the reference : 87968174
After contacting them several times ,and warning them about no payment of my refund ,they just answer that I need to be patient , is very clear that they have no intention of paying me, it's too clear that they are fooling people.

Do not order here, they will scam you

We ordered from their site, they sent the wrong product and then rather than give us a refund they offered to give us a voucher for 20% of the value instead. Then when we insisted they asked for a picture of every product (we ordered 36 glasses) and offered not to refund us but to give us a VOUCHER for 100% of the value, not a refund. This took 2 months and they still haven't sent us a refund.

Still waiting for our refund

Still waiting for our refund.

They sent an email stating within 14 business days I should have my refund. That was the 25 June 2024. It's now 7 August and still nothing. They respond to emails saying that I'll get an email when it's been processed. I got a refund from another business today, several hours after emailing me. What is Menzzo doing? Are you printing the money?

My my husband is ready to call a lawyer, because he thinks they're trying to steal our money after THEY sent us broken furniture.

Worst customer service experience.

First I waited for weeks to arrive what I bought. Them they made a mistake by sending the wrong items and now they tell ME to pay for sending it back!!!!
So I paid money for something I did not want and still need the item that a waited for for weeks.

The plates are beautifull

The plates are beautifully. Even nicer than they looked online.
The shipping was good, date of arrival as advertised.
The plates were well packed, very safe so they didn't break. All were in perfect condition.
Very happy with the plates!

Bad bad bad service, table was not compleet. Can you imagine wait more than 10 weeks for a Dining table and even was not compleet! And they also didn’t bring it upstairs, pour grandma need to do by herself. Really SHAME.
