It has been a month since I encountered issues with my account. I registered over a year ago and had been utilizing the account for moderate transactions. However, after receiving a substantial payment, I was informed that my account onboarding process was incomplete. I was requested to resubmit my identification and a selfie, which I complied with. After a few days, my account was frozen, and I received an email instructing me to withdraw my funds by the end of the day without any explanation. Upon attempting to access my account, I discovered that it was empty, with no funds remaining. When I inquired about this situation, I was informed that my account was under investigation due to risk concerns and that I would receive a response within a few weeks. To date, I have not received any communication. I sought legal assistance, and my attorney followed up, but neither Meow nor First Bank has responded to us. I have lost $83,000 and am determined to pursue justice. I advise against working with this bank. While they may appear reputable and partner with major banks, they are deceptive in their practices. It is prudent to avoid First Bank and its partner, Meow.com.
