One to avoid, ordered size xxl was more like a size 12. Returned 2 items end of Jan, they say they haven't received them, no refund given , disgusting service.

cheaply made products, they never even shipped half my order.
gave me the runaround when I tried to contact them about filling my order. They told me it shipped and gave me a false tracking number. Items never showed up. they offered store credit and I refused, and still have not received the items or the refund.

Here is their business model: take your money and then drop-ship from China. It will take over a month to get your item, *IF* you ever get it.

Then, they lie to you: "Due to the technical difficulties of the shipping service, Order placed by (20th January - 8th February) has been rescheduled again. Therefore you might experience up to 5 to 14 days delay from your normal shipping time for some of your item!" Their "address" is just a mail forwarder in rural Texas.

Avoid these scammers!

I ordered something that never arrived. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist. Then after a few emails they told me it was at the DHL depot. Guess what...i work for DHL and the tracking number is not one we use. Fake company. Stay away from them. They even blocked my email when asking for a refund.

Ordered XXXL cause I expected small sizes, even XXXL is smaller than actual small. Just a scam, move on

Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered a sweatshirt on the 21st November 2018 still waiting for confirmation it has been dispatched and a tracking number it is now 23rd January 2019

I also ordered a sweater in size M and it arrived in size L (according to the label) but was more of a XS. Way too small. Also made out of very thin and cheap feeling fabric. Definitely not worth its already discounted price. Judging by the other reviews here I won't bother to get a refund. Lesson learned.

Avoid this company. I ordered a medium sweatshirt, arrived in good time but it was way way too small (definetely not a medium) and the label said large? I believe they get the products shipped to you straight from China so must've been a mess up on their end.

Trying to contact them for weeks now they keep asking me to send it back to Texas! I'm not spending my money to do that. Customer service is terrible. I've had to explain to them many times what's wrong. The long, tedious exchange of emails has gone far enough and now it's time to escalate my action.

This means war.

P.S I agree with one of the other reviews. The company seems fake.

Below is my review from a few days ago however my goods have recently arrived so the company are real just not the quickest. This company have taken my payment for an order in the first half of December. About 6 weeks later still no sign of my goods. So far no response from the company either so unless there has been a misunderstanding I'm inclined to believe the company is fake.

ordered an xmas present for my wife on 7th December - but by xmas eve it still hadn't even dispatched :-( when I contacted them to ask when it would actually be sent they replied saying they had already refunded me (I hadn't actually asked for a refund?!) however a week later and I still haven't received any refund. terrible customer service!
EDIT: eventually received product over a month and a half after having ordered (and paid!) for it and then only after much chasing and complaining.
