My cats won't use it.

I ordered two boxes and they both stopped functioning with in 2 weeks, I bought it from the Meowant official website. No telephone number to contact them and emails go unanswered. It is a scam. Buyer be aware!! There is no warrenty even though it is advertised as a selling point. The company is a scam.

It works great and I've learned how to use it properly, aka not over filling the litter and making sure it's sitting on appropriate flooring and not carpet. My issues are with the app since it's ai based. There are very few actual breeds to choose from when setting up the cat profiles. Instead, the list was made up of made up names, nicknames and obscure breeds but not something basic like domestic short hair/long hair and there is no write-in option. The scale will also trigger and record a weight multiple times in one use, like when the cat turns around, so it looks like one cat used the box 15 times in one day when it was actually 6 times

waiting fir the larger litter box but have the smaller one works wonderful.. excited for the larger one to be delivered since we have 3 cats will be much better

Very nice unit. Our cat was skeptical at first, but chose it over her regular litter box when the were placed next to each other. She always turns around after exiting to watch the motion (very quiet) during clean cycle and then looks back inside. I guess entertainment for us all.

Got air filter not litter box.

Too small for maine coon. And the poop just gets smeared all over when going to the bag. The holes are also too big so some dirty pieces of litter still stays in the pan. Just nasty. Just got it yesterday May 18, 2026 and today is May 19, 2026 and I've already sent an email trying to see if I cant send back and get a refund. I ALSO BOUGHT TWO WHICH REALLY MAKES ME MAD THAT THEY SUCK SO BAD!

After a lot of research, I chose the SC09 for my 8 cats. The ordering was very easy and it was delivered quite quickly. The litter box is so quiet. I love it. The cats are still getting used to it. But several are using it.

I believe I put my order in on May 11th. It was confirmed on the 13th. I received it yesterday May 18th. That's absolutely amazing! Thank you. This is my second one and except for one small flaw in my first one, I've loved it.

Box was damaged on 3 sides with holes through the box. Only wat to contact customer service is by email and unable to attach photos. I have not heard back yet from them it is unopened waiting for a reply.

Love Meowant's automatic cat boxes as they save my back with the waste bin being ontop its an easy reach. This is my 3rd and the largest model for my growing Maine Coon kittens. I used Tuft & Paw tofu odor eliminator litter and it works just fine with the grates in these models. Fast delivery! Solid support though via email & wonderful product.

I have 3 litter boxes by meowant. They are great(well at least the two that are working), however one of them was shipped and is not working. I have contacted customer service twice about it, I have gone through their ai customer service and the litter box it still not working. They said I would be hearing from a live customer representative and I have yet to be contacted. I have had this litter box less than a week and it has never worked. My cats keep eyeballing it, wanting to use it but since I can’t get it to recognized that the cover is indeed all the way on it will not function.
