Faulty charging stations and poor costumer service.
When the charging station failed, i wasnt able to get a invoice from my charge, when calling costumer service, they told be that financial department will get me my reciept withing af couple of days.
When this has not happened, i contacted MER by mail, had 5 mails back and fourth, after 5 weeks nothing has happened, and they stopped responding. Too bad it was a charge on a company card, i now dont have a receipt for. I will not recommend MER for any other users, based on faulty charging station and very poor costumer service.
