We debated for quite a while whether to move from our 1930’s house or update it into something that would change the way we use it and make more use of the space. Enter Meraki Halo Ltd, a local (to Dundee) based multi skilled husband and wife (Jamie and Coral) run home improvement company. Our initial introduction to them was via Scott who visited us several times to discuss our requirements and intended budget which made the early process nice and easy. Basically we planned to knock our kitchen and dining room into one big space and replace the back garden facing kitchen window with a large patio door. We designed our new kitchen space in conjunction with Howdens (Balunie Dundee) and the help of Kirsty. Howdens supplied our new kitchen fixtures, fittings and appliances. Once designed it was over to Meraki Halo to make it happen with an agreed price. In an 84 years old house you just never know what’s been covered up over the years and there was plenty. Any unforeseen problems were dealt with in hours by Coral - Project Manager in a very professional manner. Living in your own home with walls coming down and without a kitchen can be quite stressful but Coral had a very calming approach to everything. In three weeks Jamie and Coral’s company transformed our tatty small kitchen and drab unused dining room into a large kitchen and daytime living space where we just want to be. It’s not an easy process to go through by any means but the end result is way beyond what we dreamt of. Absolutely love it. Any extras were all agreed and fair. MH employ a core group of in-house skilled professionals and any sub contractors are carefully chosen for their skills, quality and reliability. Every person without exception that worked in our house was respectful and pleasant to talk with - Stevie, Danny, Kenny, Derek, Paul, Ross, Sean, the “clean plasterers”and Butch and Andy (demolition and structural work). The decoration was done by Dale Singers - lovely guy and fabulous job. We can’t recommend them highly enough in the way that they operate and the results that they achieve. Thank you Jamie and Coral and all of your guys that gave us a new home within a home. You planned it to perfection and finished it with such care and attention to detail. Not even a snagging list at the end. And finally, even getting the final invoice from Lorraine (Customer Liaison) was a pleasant experience. Love it.

Everyone we spoke to was friendly and welcoming from the start of the process to the end. Each detail was looked into and everything went smoothly on the day.

The fitters arrived and did a great job! Even getting a karaoke performance throughout the day!

I absolutely love our new window and doors from Meraki Halo. The service from start to finish was brilliant! From sales to surveyor to tradesmen we could not fault them. We’re hoping to do some home renovations in the near (ish) future and we will be going straight to Meraki Halo!

We recently bought replacement windows from Meraki Halo. From initial consultation through to installation their service was impeccable and i'd recommend them to anyone. The sales process was very easy, with experienced staff guiding us through it. Communication was great once our order was placed and a date quickly agreed for installation. The installation team were magnificent and reacted to late changes (on our part) with ease to ensure we were happy with the final product. Completed to a very high standard, with minimal disruption or mess, and even hoovered up after themselves. An easy 5 stars!

Fantastic job and great communication from start to finish, from the initial meeting through to the end product installation. Lorraine was helpful and answered any questions we had. Kenny and Derek did an excellent job of the installation and cleaned up before they left too.

I can't recommend Meraki.halo enough. My door was vandalised and Lorraine came up gave us a quote and went above and beyond to make a stressful time less stressful, the team who fitted the door were very friendly and professional and done a fantastic job they even took my old door away including all the rubbish. I've had so many compliments on my very classy new front door. You can certainly tell the quality from this company to others. I'd definitely use them again.

I would recommend Meraki Halo to all my friends and family as they went above and beyond to help and get the job done , from start to finish,We had 7 windows replaced n house is nice n cosy now .They were even ahead of schedule and came a day earlier to start the job ,the house was left clean at the end of each day , even although it was raining on one of those days I would also like to thank Lorraine for all the doggie treats 😍Simba loved them.

We recently had all of our windows replaced and also some French doors put in. Everyone we met that works for Meraki were friendly and professional. Their work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the work. We have already recommended them to our friends and family, and won't hesitate to use them again in the future should we need to.

Amazing service from start to finish!

Called for windows to be fitted in our home, Jamie was excellent, had our windows measured and delivered within days. Fitting was also arranged by Jamie, install team was on time, polite and professional. They took great care in our home, using floor and furniture coverings to limit the dust. Windows were fitted to a a professional standard within a few hours and you would never know any work had been done. Stickers removed and cleaned down and rooms hoovered out. Would fully recommend using this company if you plan on replacing any windows within your home. Thanks again to all the team

This week we had our door installed by Meraki Halo. We're extremely happy with it, it looks fantastic and has made our house warmer. Throughout, Meraki Halo were very helpful in helping us design our door, maintained great communication, and we never felt pressured to buy. Fitting took under two hours and they did a great job.

For anyone looking for a new front door, we very (very) highly recommend Meraki Halo. They have gone above and beyond throughout the entire process - I can't imagine there's another company that cares about their customers or about doors as much as they do.

As a testiment to their customer service, there was a manufacturer fault with our door that was completely out of Meraki Halos control. Nevertheless, MH went through what I imagine was enormous effort and cost to ensure that our door was installed in time and that we were happy at the end of it. Sign of a 10/10 company.

From start to finish everything went smoothly with my new door installation. I asked the installing team, Kenny and pal, sorry I didn't pick up his name to ca canny with the mahogany they were removing from the old installation as I could use it to repair garden furniture and this they did obligingly. Thanks to Lorraine, who when she found out I was hearing impaired, dealt with me by email All in all a great company to deal with.2

We recently had the team renewing our windows in the entire house. From the very friendly consultation, to the communication prior to installing, to the actual installation on the day, we cannot fault anything. Everyone has been so efficient and very well mannered. The team clean up after themselves and I cannot fault any part of their work. Plus, our windows are like wow. That's the best way to explain it. Highly recommended company

Had full set of windows and front and back doors. Love them! Even the initial meeting with the sales team was relaxed yet informative.
