⚠️ Freelancer/Vendor Warning — My Experience With Emanuel Ben / Merbi
I’m posting this because after repeated attempts to resolve this privately, I believe other freelancers, creatives, and vendors should be aware of my experience before agreeing to work with Emanuel Ben or Merbi.AI.
To be very clear: I have the messages, invoices, agreement, payment requests, and delivered work documenting this situation.
I’ve made every reasonable effort to handle this professionally and privately before saying anything publicly. At this point, however, I think freelancers and vendors deserve to know my experience before deciding whether to extend their time, services, or payment terms.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing work for Emanuel Ben / Merbi.AI against delivering services without payment upfront.
This post is not being made to attack anyone personally. It is an accurate account of my experience as a vendor and an outstanding payment for work I completed.
Emanuel Ben, I would still prefer to resolve this directly. Once the outstanding $1,100 is paid, I will publicly update this post to confirm that the balance has been resolved.
