Seems to be refusing to act on my DMCA so my current understanding is that Mercado Libre are happy to enable copyright infringement

I had purchased from mercado libre Colombia a few times with no problems. Then I ordered a new phone,and the phone they sent me didn't match the description on the sellers page. I started the return process, and they suspended my account. There is literally no customer service, just automated replies with no recourse. Filthy scammers, we can only warn others about how bad mercado libre is and hope they get buried by Amazon and Temu.

Mercado Libre took my money for a product that was out of stock. They have not given me a way to get my money back. I paid it at Oxo.

ORDERED A SUITCASE SUPPOSEDLY IN STOCK FROM MERCADO LIBRE COLOMBIA. PAID IN CASH AT PAGO FACIL. RECEIVED NOTICE SUITCASE IS NOT AVAILABLE. IT IS NOW A NIGHTMARE TO GEIT THE MONEY PAID IN CASH RETURNED. I HAVE ASKED MERCADO LIBRE COLOMBIA TO EITHER DELIVER THE SUITCASE OR DELIVER CASH TO MY RESIDENCE. MERCADO LIBRE HAS DONE NEITHER. I WILL NEVER MAKE ANY OTHER PURCHASE WITH MERCADO LIBRE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND OTHERS NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. A TOTAL HEADACHE. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. JUST NOT WORTH IT.

We had a transaction with PETSHOPLIBERIATD and we got scammed. We thought it was a legit business the site displayed they had over a hundred successful transactions. It is mercado libre's responsibilty to vet there sellers.
The site itself is misleading saying there were already successful transactions.
We will sue.

I discovered my designs and intellectual property was being sold on this marketplace platform. I joined there BPP brand protection program.
I have issued authentication of my works and been told that my works infringe.
I have explained I am not a seller and that I wish to remove my copyright.
Having spent time uploading proof of ID, creation dates and first online documentation, image descriptions etc. its all been a waste of time.
I have spoken numerous times to the brand management team (Pedro) and they are totally disconnected.
How can you remove your work if you cant even get past the brand program which was set up to remove copyright infringement?

To date nothing has been removed, my stolen works still happily being sold by thieves and protected by Mercado Libre brand protection team.

I worked online in e-commerce for Amazon as the guy said, only to find out it's under Mercado libre. Had money flowing in and out of my account until a client snitched on me to say my account is fraudulent. I'm still being investigated by the bank and these fools dnt answer you via WhatsApp nor telegram. If only I'd known they scamming people. I'm not sure if they using Amazon's name to scam people

I got a fake product from a Seller and they gave me just a short time to send the product back. I was in the vacacions and whe i came back they had the case closed and i dont have a possibility to send the fake product back. Also their customer service is a joke, They close the whatsapp chat irrevocable if you dont answer in 2 min but neet 35 min to answer temselfes.

I recently made a purchase on ML and paid cash at my local Oxxo in Mexico. A few days later, the Seller contacted me and asked if I would cancel the order because he could not provide the required paperwork to customs. I agreed and after a few days received a credit to my account. However when I tried to apply it to another purchase, it would not let me use. After days of back and forth with customer service via email and Whats App. They were 100% unhelpful, no-one spoke English and using google translate just did not help. The next time I tried to log in to try again, my account required facial recognition to log-in. It wanted an INE card photo which is something only Mexican citizens have. I tried using a US passport and never could get it to work. Tried over 50 times during the past week. Different locations, lighting, laptop, cell phone, but nothing worked. Searched online for another way to contact ML but nothing worked. So, almost a month from the date I made the purchase, I can not log into my account because I can not reach anyone by phone, email or Whats App. I can not place any orders or get a refund. I guess I have just lost this money. Horrible horrible customer service and system.

Scammers took my money after withdrawal to my bank and it isn't showing in the bank account

I was defrauded by a person using the name of this company as a diguse u guys should be able to curb this activity in other not to get the name of the company tarnished

I purchased a pcm and the guy sent me the wrong one so I can't return it because the sellers account is apparently not setup mercado told me to tell the seller to straighten out his account?? Buy the way my account is all setup I am a good customer anyways I'm stuck in limbo waiting to return the pcm for 3 weeks now with no end in sight I explained to mercado libre I need my van running asap I started chemotherapy and have no other means of transportation please address this issue asap but it fell on deaf ears thank you mercado

I placed a order, pricy one. It never arrived. There is no way to get in touch with Mercado Libre. When I call they hang up. All promises excuses and lies. I ma not buying anymore. Bad, bad , bad service. Stick with Amazon

I've been scammed out of over $27,000 I've saved in my mercardolibre free marketing platform I was a teamleader of 136 members under me. Mercardolibre stopped my withdrawals I was investing. One member created multiple accounts and my team member took 52,000usdt from team cashflow company didn't like that and made everyone suffer through it they won't let me get my money out the scamming company are stealing my money like common criminals laughing behind our backs I wouldn't trust this platform. I'm giving anyone who reads this to wise up and read what I've wrote because this is for your benefit. It's caused me a complete breakdown as I've been romance scammed well and truly pumped and dumped I've been self harming myself over stress and the fact I need that money to pay bills and a mobile phone contract that's costing me £1,800 to buy out of it. Mercardolibre free marketing platform should be liquidated and investors get there money back we have all earned submitting orders out over the cloud. The company makes multi millions out of investors purchasing items and submitting off to recieve the remaining ballance and commission rate. My experiences with mercadolibre have been a nightmare and a living hell

My opinion on Mercado libre Venezuela I will not deny that lately they have had failures for forcing the elevators to raise the price of their products, however I have been using the web for more than 10 years, I have achieved successful sales and purchases, and I have also achieved with Mercadolibre Mexico, Argentina, Peru, it is a pity that we do not have a Free Market for the USA, Canada, Spain, Italy, Russia or Australia. But if it is recommended, the question is that as its name says it is a Free Market, yes you should try to locate the best seller in the community!
Today many stores and perhaps even the best on the web are those that have the value of the static product in Greens and accept the change either in Euros, Bs. From the BCV (Central Bank of Venezuela) or even in cryptocurrencies such as native PTR Petros!
The highest sales tax is 11% yes that is Excellent!

Mi opinión sobre Mercado libre Venezuela no voy a negar que últimamente han tenido fallas por obligar a los elevadores a elevar el precio de sus productos, sin embargo tengo más de 10 años usando la web, he logrado exitosas ventas y compras, y también lo he logrado con Mercadolibre México, Argentina, Perú, lástima que no poseemos un Mercado Libre para USA, Canadá, España, Italia, Rusia o Australia. Pero si es recomendable la cuestión es que como su nombre lo dice es un Mercado Libre sí que debes tratar de localizar al mejor vendedor o vendedora de la comunidad!
Hoy en día muchas tiendas y puede que hasta las mejores de la web son las que poseen el valor del producto estático en Verdes y aceptan el cambio ya sea en Euros, Bs. Del BCV (Banco Central de Venezuela) o incluso en criptomonedas como la nativa PTR Petros!
El impuesto mayor de venta es de 11% sí que es Excelente!

Horrible. just Horrible. Charged my credit card , stopped my account at the same time, canceled the delivery. They got the money. I didn't get the goods. I had to dispute the charges with my bank now.
