The virtual assistens of mercadolivre is a pain in the neck. It doesn't understand human problems, it's a big irritation, it is troubling for buyers and vendors alike, hundred procent nuisance.
I had at least 4 lousy experiences over the past half year.

Two expensive items ordered, paid for to Mercadolivre and not delivered. When I made a complaint they shut me out of my account.

Useless company. Payment of an order went wrong. Paid, but Mercado said I hadn't. Created a case to try resolve the problem, deliver the products or refund the money. Neither was done. Case 286085482. Try reading it correctly. Used Amazon for more than 10 years, never a problem, used Mercado 1 month and a big problem.

Telefone vendido neste site, enviado, comprador diz que recebeu sabonete em barra! O site está atrás dos compradores, mas não protege os vendedores de compradores que enganam as pessoas para tirar seu dinheiro! O comprador sai impune com um telefone novo e o site também devolve o dinheiro! Nunca mais tentarei vender nada aqui. Já fiz boletim de ocorrência, contratei advogado e estou iniciando o processo legal.

Sold brand new iPhone on this site, sent it out, buyer says he received bar soap! Website stands behind buyers but don’t protect sellers from buyers who scam people out of their money!
Buyer gets away with brand new phone, and website gives them back their money too! Will not ever try to sell anything here again. Already filed police report, hired lawyer and starting legal process.

They have a platform where they can invest money, starting from 100 usdt up to over 1000000.00. From this money they say that by making 3 virtual orders every day they pay commissions with a percentage. It is a scam, they block your account and then ask to unlock more money that they will never give you. The authorities should intervene to stop this crime. They are ruining people

Mercado Livre is a scam! They take your money and then do not provide the product! I will never buy anything from them again.
I bought a R$900 blu ray movie player from them in March 2021. It was never shipped and the vendor and Mercado Livre refuse to give me my money back! The vendor has had numerous complaints, but Mercado Livre does NOTHING and continues to allow them on their website! This is criminal behavior by Mercado Livre.

Comprei bateria xiaomi, no vendedor chamado "PARTNERSTOREL1" "Guilherme Rodrigues Ferreira".
Alem de nao ser original a bateria (na imagen no site ela mostrava o logo "mi" que nao tinha naquela que chegou). Depois de 3 meses a bateria nao segurou mais a garrega e o celular vive direto com carregador ligado...
Entrei em contato no zap do vendedor nesse 19 de dezembro passado ele pediu o numero da compra e eu mandei... Depois disso, mais nada...
NUNCA MAIS EU COMPRO DESSE VENDEDOR!!!

I know that it's just not right to blame everyone while many people liked mercado livre, but here is why I write the name of the seller.
I bought xiaomi battery, in the seller called "PARTNERSTOREL1" "Guilherme Rodrigues Ferreira" (never more I will buy from them).
First it's not original one (in the image on the website it showed the "mi" logo that doesn't appear on the one that arrived). After 3 months the battery no longer held the energy and the cell phone lives only with a charger connected...
I written to WA's seller, and they asked the selling code, so i send it to them. This happened the 19th of december 2020, after this day, only silence...
NO MORE DEALS WITH THIS SELLER!

One star is too much for this site ! I used to sell in mercadolivre.com.br with recorded videos showing serial numbers and testing the equipment and even my security seal , buyers used to break the product (trying to install it) or even replace it with a broken similar product and return it back.ML does not want to know that you have videos showing the product with serial number was working before posting and that's what makes them attractive for some kind of "customers"
