How to loose a client
This online shop aims to sell Portuguese products mainly to Portuguese people abroad. The range of products is large and of good quality. That’s the good part. Now the not so good and definitely bad part: the packaging and the communication.
Packaging always a bit haphazard, despite blurb saying they give special attention to this. My last order received on June 30 arrived sopping wet . On opening I realised that a couple of cans of Sumol( a pt soft drink) had gashes in them and were leaking, one already empty. The liquid also fell onto a wine box I had purchased making it very difficult to use.
Wrote back to the email indicated with photos, no answer. Wrote 2 more times and again no answer. In this case silence is not golden, but communication is . Very disappointed and upset that a genuine complaint can be so blatantly ignored.
