I loved everything about the shoes and the service was perfectly arranged.

I havent receive my order yet. DHL tracking does not up to date. Tried to reach out someone but apparently you are not sharing order status information by wapp. waiting response from your side to understand where my product is.

So easy to order the best footwear. This is my favorite brand of sneakers. Super comfortable and great quality. Quick delivery too.

The sneaker technically fits but the toe bed is extremely uncomfortable. I wore them for one afternoon and had to take the sneakers off my toes hurt so bad. Real shame. I wanted to love this brand. Aesthetically, I love the designs but super uncomfortable overall. Maybe it was the pair I received or the model, but definitely not what I'd expect from a $200+ sneaker. Now they are worn and I cant return them so have to eat the price.

The delivery was very quick and with no problems (what is not always the case), the shoes are very comfortable and the packaging of the box was amazing with little card !!

I want to share my disappointing experience with this brand. I purchased a sweater (order MERCER4788) as a Christmas gift, and when the recipient opened it, there was a visible hole in the back. Despite the item being in its original condition (tags attached, unworn, and unwashed), customer service refused to accept a return or provide any assistance, citing their rigid 24-hour defect reporting policy.

This shows a lack of flexibility and understanding for situations like gifts. I strongly recommend reconsidering any purchase from this brand, as their policies do not prioritize customer satisfaction or accountability for defective products.

The quality of the shoes is great, and they walk wonderfully. The cushioning of the shoe is exceptionally good. Suitable for wider feet and the sizes are normal. There are diverse options on the website that are similar, this is a bit more difficult for someone with choice stress. However, you will find a shoe that suits your wishes. The shipping was fast. I think the sustainable aspect of this brand is important. I recommend this brand to everyone.
