Excellent & personal service tailored to my needs

I needed some last minute personalised lanyards as the company I used before couldn't deliver in time. Whilst other companies were keen to take money and give little information, Nick at MB zoned right in on my specific requirements, informed me exactly what could and couldn't be done in the time and then supported me in getting the order together. He was incredibly responsive, with minimum fuss and the order has just arrived, ahead of schedule. I will definitely be using this company again for their reliability, service and quality.
