WE REALIZED - We lacked the knowledge, or, frankly, any idea of how to incorporate a seamless workable payment solution system … navigate the restrictions imposed by credit and debit card brands … interface with our patient management software vendor (Telus Health Kroll) … or leverage the opportunities and convenience of mobile-phone friendly transactions.
UNTIL - We met Scotiabank … and, more essentially - connected with Usha Muthulingam - our knowledgeable, forward-thinking, patient and ever-thoughtful Chase representative (who instinctively understood our immediate needs and positioned us for future growth). We followed Usha’s ideal recommendations faithfully. We experienced a minor equipment issue during initial setup … Usha swiftly and effectively resolved the problem - and since then, everything is running perfectly!

Very easy to integrate into our multiple websites and the virtual terminal and invoicing work very well. All this and at a better price than Square/PayPal/Stripe and others.
Complete disappointment, not strait forward, and broke a 5 year contact with out telling me.
It took several weeks to get the account set up and running. Selling Cannabis Accessories Only. Weeks after signing a contract, and had everything up and running they wanted a rep come by the location? Weird, but I had nothing to hide, and afterwards they sent over a new contract. Okay fine but in the small print they were wanting to charge me thousands of dollars more a year, saying I was high risk. Straight from the gecko I was strait forward as my Company name is Flying High Cannabis.

Chase closed my account due to a technical issue. Sales team refuses to call me to explain or to reset up my account. This company does not want small business or seasonal. They only want large companies. Very disappointing with customer service as they just state they will add a note but no follow-ups.

I have been with Chase's merchant credit card processing for moe than ten years. Now I am told that my POS terminal has been discontinued and I would have to pay $280.00 for a new terminal. I have cancelled my Merchant processing POs (Piece of Sh__) service. I mistakenly gave a 10 review previously and was not able to go back.
