Great experiance so far. Very Good support
I started using Merchize maybe 3 months ago for my business. I'm located in the U.S. and have some samples and products from them.
I can tell you that support was good even with the time difference. They tried to help, explained as much as they could, and replied as soon as they could.
I got an Apron, a Dog Bone Christmas Stocking, and a Photo Frame lightbox. It didn't take much time to deliver them—around two weeks with production, which is great for me. The print was very nice and crisp on the Apron and the stocking. The photo frame works great, too. I love the many colors that I can use. The wood for the frame is not the best, but for the pricing, it's worth it.
So far great experience. And they always add new products which I really like.

this is the HoldMyKeys Store Owner.
I ordered 2 Sample Wooden Key Holders from Merchize. I am very happy with the quality of the product. Additionally my personal customer support (Aimee) is very very good and fast.
Unfortunately, one of my orders was slightly damaged. Maybe it was the shipppers fault. However, Merchize didn't make a big thing out of it. They immediately offered me a replacement or refund.
10/10 Customer Service
8/10 Delivery Time
7/10 Cost
I definetely can recommend Merchize :)

Very fast customer service
Very fast customer service, prompt and polite. Shipping is a bit slow but not bad, about 2 weeks to Poland. The ornament quality is nice. I love the ability to use a custom brand kit as that makes my shop look more professional and put together. The print quality is quite nice as well. I wish their software would inform us of issues with the designs before printing them but besides that, pretty good i think.

Unbelievably horrible quality
Unbelievably horrible quality. I ordered a Louis Vuitton phone case for iphone15. Shipping time was reasonable, however, the case is so ugly I will not use it! They have a no return policy unless the item is damaged. The only damage is to my eyes!

Hawaiian Shirts are inexpensive, but made very well in vibrant colors.
Night light is amazing and a unique addition to stores
Ornaments are all fairly priced and manufactured well.
In the end, my only complaint is slow shipping but the number of unique products and quality outweigh that.

Unorganized, Nothing Works.
Messy and unorganized system. It will waste your time and mental energy. Nothing works here, it's all broken. The system is not scalable at all. Many products with similar attributes but small differences (like made in china, vietnam, usa - or with pocket, without pocket etc....) and you will never know which one they will choose to send to your customers. It's a guessing game every time. I ordered a sample and it was crap. Merchize is trash.

So far I'm really happy with Merchize.
Just received some samples and the quality of the products is amazing, the colors are vibrant, the prices are also very good.The support team are also very helpful.
The only thing I struggled a bit was getting used to their platform, is not very easy at first compared to other sites to find and edit products, but over all I'm happy with my experience.

Amazing quality products
Initially, I was a bit skeptical about using them as I didn't see their actual products until I took a chance and published a couple of products on my store. When I got a couple of orders, I chatted with their customer support on Facebook messenger or WhatsApp to assist me in placing manual orders as these were custom products. Customer support is outstanding and I even asked them to send me actual pictures of the product once they are printed before shipping.
I was amazed to see the print quality of the products and the stitching or the branding they provide is exceptional.
It's been more than 2 months now and I have added more products to my store as they offer a wide variety of POD products. I am a happy customer as I got some great reviews on my store on the quality and my designs look really great. Kudos to the whole team. Thank you for the amazing products.

Great Experience!
I ordered a pocket tee, a phone case and blanket. Want to say the quality of its was great. I love these products. Great selection of different types of products at affordable prices! The best customer support team
Words cannot explain how much I love Merchize! I've been ordering from Merchize in the past 4 months. Their products' quality is excellent and the price is reasonable with fast turnaround time. Shipping is quite fast too as compared to other P.O.D. suppliers. considering the shipping distance.
I'd like to especially congratulate the support team ladies Grace, Kim, and Trang in the Messenger group for doing a terrific job and providing excellent customer service. They genuinely listened and wholeheartedly helped me resolve issues every single time. They devote their time even outside working hours when I really need help. We are more like friends now (not sure about them, but that's how I see it), and have surpassed our level as business partners.
