AVOID - they take your money and don't deliver

Placed 2 orders. Only got one confirmation, but My Orders showed both.
Later received tracking number for one order only. Emailed to ask about the other but no response.
A few days later both orders were showing as shipped in My Orders.
One did arrive, which I tracked using the number provided. When it arrived it was the other order that I had no tracking number for!

Despite 6 emails to Customer Services, no response has been forthcoming. This company has Fakenham £170 from me and refuses to even respond.

Date shown here is delivery not order placement which was back in December.
