Horrible experience, cant even confimr my email because of how trashy their servers are. 3 accounts created and still waiting for the confirmation link

Warning!!! If anyone has subscribed Merch Titans and canceled their subscription check your bank statements. I canceled my subscription and they keep taking money out of my bank account and I keep telling them to stop taking money out of my bank account now. I'm having to dispute two more charges. I paid with a credit card not my debit card and they're taking advantage of it. Who checks their credit card history? If it wasn't for them running my money out on my card... now my card is declined. I got a notification on my phone saying that my card was declined if it wasn't for that notification they would still be taking money out of off my card. I have one question and that is how many other people is this company taken advantage of this is not right!!!

My experience with MTA is pleasant. I had a billing issue and it was resolved smoothly with MTA and their customer suppport. So I really appreciate their help. They are responsive and helpful and very kind.

I think their software has improved a lot for Print on Demand automation. If you have the ability to make many designs in bulk, then MTA is a good choice to help automate the upload process.

I tried different POD automation software, and MTA gets the work done. Those POD platforms sometimes change their user interfaces which can affect the automation, but that will affect all automation tools, not just for MTA. So sometimes, as customers, let's be more understanding for their software team to fix the issues.

Bad and slow customer support. They cant solve the software bugs. Waste my time only contacting them and waiting for days to get an answer without resolving the issue

They have improved soo much, now they have proper customer care service that wil sort your all issues on the spot also they have upgraded there services as well, 110% Satisfied 🙌.

Absolutely no customer service. I had a problem with the program, so make ticket in help.merchtitans.com after 30days no replay money taken but no customer service at all to help. If you will have a problem you will be left alone, they will only take your money.

Software is good when it is working, but when it is not, don't expect much help from customer service. Literally left me hanging for a week without being able to use it, luckily I managed to work it out after putting in several hours of my time. As soon as I've done with my uploading will delete and hopefully never have to use again! If you are looking to upload to platforms other than MBA I would suggest Orbitkit, much better customer service

I really don't know what is happening with this site. Always issues. Please guys do something. I'm paying for a service that is not working. Either it doesn't upload, it doesn't open, can't access it, stops suddenly,loads forever.

Horrible company and zero customer service. I didn't even download the software, let alone use it, and they refused to issue a refund as requested or do anything to try to make it right. Moving on to other services that actually care about customer service and doing the right thing!

This app is such trash. This has been my first week using it and the experience is awful. The app suddenly stops uploading, I have to restart the uploads over and over again. I keep getting logged out of my accounts even though I chose save login. $70 a month ? I don't think so. Really. I was thinking about getting the yearly subscription but this app is not saving me time at all, it is rather costing me a lot of time just to maintain and fix all the stupid bugs it has. Should be worth $10 a month. Try it and see for yourself before committing to a one year subscription.

completely useless, you can do it by your self it's better and cheaper, taking same time, don't work properly, and also never promote this product to your friends or audience you never going to receive your money.
