I’ve exclusively used Mercian Skip Hire over the last couple of years because they’ve always given great service. I order online using their clear pricing for a range of skip sizes, chose the delivery day & they delivered that morning. We’ve not long moved to our new home, with a larger garden which hasn’t been cared for as well as it could be, so lots of work needed. I've had an 8yarder skip on my drive for 17 days, working all that time on the garden and filling it with freshly cut greenery and wood from overgrown hedges, shrubs and trees. I rang them at 8am this morning to say I’d finished and they collected the full skip at 2.30pm. That’s great service.
The drivers are always friendly & place the skip where you need it. As an environmental bonus, Mercian recycles as much as they can, to reduce landfill, even recycling bricks etc for hardcore. Today the driver asked if the load was all similar, right to the bottom, which it was. So, it will be mulched up for compost and bark chippings.

Bad service ,rude on the phone, driver damaged concrete on the customers driveway and threw things off a level filled skip.

The staff at mercian have been very helpfull. I could not fault there service. I would definitely use them again
