I have bought this hand sanitiser since the brand started. I used to buy in Sephora when I went to mainland Europe but now they ship to Ireland and are available everywhere. I love being able to pick up in the airport. They smell amazing and leave hands so soft and now they branched out into other products like hand creams and now face moisturisers and cleansers which are equally fabulous. I love this brand. Highly recommend

A nice company with fun designs, vegan and cruelty free products and adaptable to my skin necessities.
I have a mi y skin ty, pro acne and the kit mat finish is great.

The company is phenomenal in customer service. I asked if I could purchase the large bottles of Namaste hand sanitizer that is only sold in France and Louis, the founder and CEO sent me 6 bottles and his company’s new line of facial care, moisturizing jelly and facial serum. And this is my second order of French only products sent to me in the US, so he and his awesome company are willing to reach out to customers to meet our needs. Merci Handy, MERCI for all you do to bring love and beauty to our planet!

Customer service is shocking. I have been a customer since 2017. My last order was only a few weeks ago. It went missing. They apparently use the French version of DPD. My tracking only said "cannot be delivered". I emailed MerciHandy and was told it was delivered to my "nearest post office", and anyone in the UK know this probably means the MAIN POST OFFICE not their local one. I was also told that I needed to go find it myself. Had I not began asking about it, I wouldn't have known it was diverted to ParcelForce and given a PF tracking number. That tracking information says that "the customer is to collect" ...from Birmingham. Thats about a 40 mile round trip for me. I asked ParcelForce to redeliver it but nope, nothing. I filed a PayPal claim to get a refund. Bye Bye MerciHandy. For this, you lost a customer.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, excellent effective products, great collabs and the absolute best customer service! So much care in everything they do.

So shocked at how amazing the smells are of this hand sanitiser. I love the limited edition Stranger Things design and love the little zodiac signs. My zodiac sign smelt amazing. I wish they would make body mists/splash in these scents. Absolutely heavenly.
The little stickers in the package were a lovely touch and everything was exactly as it was on the website. For international shipping the prices and delivery time was decent. Adorable company!
I can’t comment on the customer service as I haven’t needed it yet.

Really like the products - the hand gels are brilliant for my young daughter who likes to take the disney princess ones in her school bag - but they are quite pricey and shipping is unreasonably expensive if you order through their own site. Makes sense to find the products elsewhere instead. They also promised a ten pound voucher for filling in their survey, which I did, only to then be told that the voucher was for the first 100 respondents only (no mention of this in the initial email). This has put me off them quite a bit as makes them seem less trustworthy and now I probably won't use again.

Hand sanitizers are hard to find now, but luckily we had Merci Handy sanitizers left from an order months ago. Once we started running low, we went on their site this week and expected to see nothing available. To our happy surprise, they had many types left! Our favorite scent, Lime, was fully in stock, so we got a bunch of that plus some other fruity scents.

The shipping was free for a $35 order, so we got 10 sanitizers of different scents to mix it up. The site mentioned that shipping might be slightly delayed due to increased orders, but it was sent out 1 day later and will arrive in 2 days like promised. Amazing service!

In short, these sanitizers are perfect to carry around or leave in the car. We plan to have one in our entryway at all times as well. Plus, their sanitizers are at 67% alc which meets the worldwide guidelines, so with that in mind, along with the nice colors and scents, plus very fast shipping, I'd say they're definitely a 5-star company. It's nice to have such good service especially when these products are in high-demand.
