I had a great experience with this bank, or let's say, financial startup. They helped me manage international payments and accept payments from my clients. We work a lot with international clients and this feature was very important for us. The UX of their banking is very intuitive and easy to use.

Using Mercury bank for C2W Group subsidiary Shogun Sports has been a breeze. Their service is second to none, fast and clear. The usage of the internet banking is miles better than any large, traditional bank. Really good in all ways thanks.

Terrible experience I would ask everyone to avoid them. They are very paranoid and ask too many questions, like why did you login from the usa when you live abroad? So Im not allowed to travel??Or like send proof that you have a contract with a US business..like seriously? And other multiple bs things. I decided to close my account as I fear they would close my account just because of their fears. Other banks I've worked with dont ask any of that bs.. my business is 100 % legit..I dont have time to deal with their BS

Mercury is holding strong on my company…
Mercury is holding strong on my company fund together with its partner bank Column National Association; we are already pursuing the case with our legal firm to bring this illegitimate practice into court. How can a bank out of the blue moon shut down your account immediately after you receive a deposit and has refused to give any reason why it’s been closed? This fintech has lots of reports on it and lots of court indictments on its sneaky practices with small business owners' funds. We are currently going through lots of difficulties because of this unjust situation. Mercury Technologies, release our funds or your organization would regret gravely for this practice. They operate like a scam company. Our company is Ranch Properties LLC

Mercury makes banking easy
Mercury is a very user friendly platform. It makes complex banking stuff seem simple. Whatever one would need is readily accessible without the need to go to a bank office or fill in tons of papers in order to get things done - be it credit card issuance, bank letters, opening an account, making international payments, etc. I miss them a lot on other markets where we have operations.

Mercury is truly terrible
Mercury is truly terrible. Everything is difficult. The tech is glitchy and when it doesn't function as designed, it is incredibly challenging to connect with anyone. Our company has always had more than $2mil in our mercury account and they still treat us like trash. I've used about 10 different banks and Mercury is the most difficult one I've ever used. Please, please avoid. I've never written a bank review but I don't want other business owners to waste their precious time with this fintech product. There are many better options
