DO NOT TRUST IT GUYS. Don’t full in the trap like I did. After purchasing and getting the confirmation for the order after that SILENCE… it’s been a month, tracking said “delivered” but actually nothing was delivered. several attempts were done to contact customer support, but nothing.

I ordered a product from this website. The estimated delivery time was between 3–7 business days, but even after approximately two weeks, I still have not received anything.
On the tracking page, the order appears as “delivered,” however, I did not receive the package. Additionally, I have absolutely no shipping details available, such as the courier company or any delivery information.
Wish I had checked here before ordering. 100% scam on Tiktok. Tracking said delivered but it wasn't and no response from them. I learned a lesson though, this is not showing in my tiktok orders as I was redirected to an external site so I'll be more careful in future.
