Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a positive review. I mistakenly booked my subscription through the wrong account and wanted to set it up correctly for the long term. However, due to the lack of customer service, I have now decided against using the platform. This company has lost a customer who intended to subscribe long-term. This is far from economical and cannot be tolerated.

Their customer service is unbelievable, its been 2 days since nobody has replied to me a bout helping me to cancel my subscription and get a refund for a mistaken charge from my card.
I registered an account on this website to search some informations of one company on 18.04.2023. When I registered my account, it showed "7-Day Free Trial"/"No contracts. Cancel anytime.Cancel within 7 days and owe nothing." on the page,but when I filled out my informations(include my credit card number) and submited the informations, they deducted 1 dollar from my credit card account. Then I logout out my account the same day,but I haven't received 1 dollar now, seven days have passed.
