Good on the whole. Chalet was clean and well provisioned. Although the chalet was self catered, it would have been useful to provide a few essentials.

Right from the start everything went…
Right from the start everything went well. Initial phone call to establish my exact needs, then some good possibilities emailed over for me look at. as this was my fist skiing holiday i asked LOTS of questions, they were absolutely brilliant. Great communication with the team on the run up to my holiday. nothing was too much trouble, great recommendations of where to go, what to do etc offered too
loved my holiday, loved my chalet, will definetly use Meribel chalet & Apartment rentals again and highly recommend them

Perfect Apartment centrally located in Meribel at a sensible price.
Very impressed by the service at Meribel Chalet and Apartment Rentals. We found an ideal apartment in Meribel, amazing location and well equipped. Perfect for our weeks stay at New Year. We used one of the the ski rentals they suggested - Precision Ski - they gave us great service and good prices and happy to change skis half way through the week. I didn't use the catering suggestions but I will do another time. The idea of cooked meals delivered to the door was very appealing. Thank you. We will use you again.

At the outset
At the outset, I must state that general booking service and on-site assistance has been very good. However I had to cancel one week of our two week chalet rental in January 2020 due to friends pulling out. I did this on 7 months advance cancellation notice and was advise that a GBP1050 cancel fee would apply if the chalet was not rebooked. I feel that such a very large cancel fee is not fair or warranted on such a very long notice period, and even had to point out that despite my advice cancelling the first week of our trip, it still showed as unavailable on search engines. I believe cancel fees should be fair, and that on such a long notice this has not been the case, especially also as I am a repeat customer

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry that you feel like this. Our cancellation policy is in place in order to offer some protection to the owners, whom after a booking is confirmed are expecting to receive the booking total.
We are doing everything we can to resell your cancelled week and if successful you will be refunded in full minus an admin fee of 5%. We will always try to resell any cancelled week as we want to ensure our clients recoup their money.
In relation to the property not being advertised on other sites, unfortunately we only have control over our own website and we ensured it was marked as available as soon as we heard you could no longer come that particular week. Although it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure any other sites they use are updated, we did get in contact with them straight away after you informed us they had not and asked them to update all other sites, which they did.
Again we apologise for this inconvenience but can assure you we are still actively trying to resell your cancelled week.
