We are purchasing a property and requested Merit to carry out the RICS level 2 survey. The service was outstanding, they responded very quickly and were very accommodating. The report was issued the next working day. Price was very reasonable also. Would definitely use again the future.

Recently booked for a valuation on my property I’m selling (also had to be RICS approved) and both Jeanette and Andrew were so professional and lovely. I’m paying off my help to buy and the report was perfect, no questions and the valuation was approved. Would 100% recommend and price also extremely reasonable. Thank you!
