Horrible, horrible, horrible! They keep asking for money! I have emails, WhatsApp chat verifying that if I send x amount they will let me “cash out”. 12 days of requests, emails, chat, and everytime they ask for more money! Do NOT give them a penny!

Do not trade with Merit Forex. Here is my experience. At first they were every helpful and the platform was great and I had Peter as a mentor. But then the mentor began advising me on other personal opportunities within trading. When I didn't take these opportunities I was slowly ostracized. I had traded for a little over a year with them. Began with $250 and built my account (No. 29997) to $1400. But then I was shut out of my account. When I tried to withdraw my money my account showed as $0, even though my trading platform still showed $1400, and I had 4 open trades I could no longer access. I realize their head office is in Vanuatu, and island in the South Pacific, and this means they can avoid European legislation. Their offices and staff are in Europe, but this matters not. In short they are an unscrupulous company who have stolen my initial investment, but I have also lost they money I made over a 14 month period. What happened to my 4 open trades I guess I will never know. Do not trade with Merit Forex. I have spent over 6 months trying to gain access to my account and my money. I have only lost $250 in real terms, but have lost nearly 2 years of my trading life, which I feel is far more valuable and felt more keenly.

Absolutely horrible. I am sharing my experience. Irrespective of what Merit Forex may respond, please avoid this Firm like plague. they onboard you with all alacrity and their only aim is to ensure they get as much deposit from you as possible. They never reveal that you cannot take your money out during the contract period. I was furious that they misled, but there was not much I could do. Fortunately I put in 1000 USD, which I could afford to lose. This guy my account manager, his only job is to call you every week, talk big game, and entice you to put in more money. Then he also suggested that he can allow me to take profits if I put in more money. I knew by then that this is a con shop and refused to put in any additional money.

I started noticing that, the number of trades were only going up, and trades are closed for small profits like 20, 30 $$. However, there are no stop losses, let the losses accumulate is their mantra.

I insisted that I am out of this horrible place when the 6 month period is up. I told the legendary money seeking account manager that at least close the positions that are in profit and hold loss making positions until their systems close those in due course. Dude refused and when 6 months were up, he closed all positions at a loss. Their horrible attitude was so apparent that they took trades 3 days prior to the 6 month period and closed those positions at huge losses.

They make money via spread and the fact that they lock your money and trade like there is no tomorrow as they always make money. I lost 1000 bucks. Its not going to destroy me.

But, people, please never ever work with this Firm. I am formally complaining to the offshore regulator responsible for Merit's actions. I am sure nothing comes out of it, but please use this as a cautionary tale.

I consider this 1000 $ loss as cost of doing business with bad actors. Merit Forex is nothing but a scheming Firm out there to rob retail investors.

I traded for quite some time prior to Merit FX but majority was losses and on the verge of giving up trading all together, Merit Guided me to be more patient with smaller lot sizes and more winnings.

Mr. Peter Thompson, thank you for your dedicated work! I can finally be profitable and now I know what I'm doing!
I had many courses- different subjects, but I never had so much fun and such quick results!

Peter is a down-to-earth, no-hassle, and plain and simple trader. No fancy and unnecessary footwork to impress clients and cuts right to the chase when it comes to trading. It's easy to follow the advice and explanations of why some trades work, or why some won't. I'm a novice trader and Peter is helping me make my first moves in the market after paper trading successfully for a while. I'm very pleased with the overall customer support and knowledge level. Why don't your take profit 🤔 work. I had so many positions that hit the target,and they didn't close. I just remember one position that closed,but that is because it hit it 3 times!

learning with peter thomson he is smooth and if you have any questions or doubts he answers them all i think he is a good instructor he explains everything well and clearly i have nothing bad to say so far and i would recommend it to everyone i am very satisfied to work with peter thomson on a better future I give 3 stars for the time being once I also receive a whidraw I'll put an update here with the current situation

I am so happy and greatful for the way Peter is teaching me how to look at the markets, he is a very nice person to talk to and he also explains things step by step to make me understand how things work,and he explains one topic at the time, and this is only the beginning,as i look forward to learn much more from him so i can become a successeful trader. Merit Forex,Mr. Richard Marchand is an amazing cold caller/ converting hot leads to bringing people on board in a single call.

The one on one calls are really motivating and you learn a lot. If something isn't clear peter explains it to you in a easy way. I think if you have patience and have a call every week your trades will grow.

Having Mr Thompson as a coach/mentor is great in the sense that he uses practical examples to make you understand why he says you should not have opened a trade (buy/sell). He is also patient and gives you a heads up with upcoming markets!

Before being contacted by Merit Forex, my thought was that I needed a good follow-up and them, they came to provide it.
Sympathy, communication and good vibes provides a good work environment.

Trading for several years but I have never gotten such experience I got with MERITFX, though I was skeptical with such interest for their customers to be profitable.
The training provided is highly recommended to all new traders, I made up to 25% just with my first lesson, which was mindblowing. Good job!

They just need you to keep depositing money. They do not mentor you properly. They want you to put wrong trade and keep funding to survive.
