Rude and disrespectful and unprofessional as I have OCD and I asked about shoes off at door as I don’t want muddy dirty shoes on my freshly cleaned carpet they said we can’t it’s in our policy and I had to refuse them entry and pointed out even my social worker takes there shoes off when asked then they Said they gonna make a call to the office and see what they have to say and drove off without letting me know totally rude worst care company who don’t respect servers mental health and ocd patients

Meritum care are the worst care company they arrive do nothing leave early and get paid if social services offer this company to you to provide care for a family member just say no they are scraping the bottom of the barrel with there caregivers

Pawel fitted my new kitchen with great precision, care, and expertise. He offered excellent suggestions for design improvement and was keen to see my vision realised. He was exceptionally attentive to cleanliness and minimal disruption. Superb customer care!

We commissioned a bespoke built-in wardrobe in spring 2021, this company having been recommended to us by a reliable acquaintance. We were very impressed with every stage of the process, which started with a site visit from Pawel, who took measurements and showed us pictures, diagrams, and samples of materials. Pawel was very helpful, making quick drawings and offering good suggestions where appropriate. Following this initial site visit, we had multiple telephone conversations and electronic-mail correspondence to fine-tune the design and colour scheme (we opted for "Pippy Oak" doors/draws/shelves with "Antique Brass" door-handles/brackets). Pawel was consistently helpful and creative in finding solutions to fit what we wanted for the room (including some last-minute requests!). There were a total of three visits to complete the installation (which had to be scheduled around other building work we were having done in the same room at the same time!), which was carried-out in a thoroughly professional and diligent manner. The result is an aesthetically and functionally excellent built-in wardrobe that fits with the room and keeps it tidy. We imagine that this wardrobe will probably last a very long time. We particularly like the fact that the doors have a very simple (and adjustable) mechanism to close smoothly without slamming. We would have no hesitation in engaging Meritum again should we require any bespoke carpentry in the future, and we would be very happy to recommend the company (and especially Pawel) to others.
