This is the situation pertaining to a new contest this company is running on behalf of Nabisco

This is the situation pertaining to & regarding this company, whom I have had numerous problems with in the past regarding the types of contests they are running on behalf of certain clientele and this involves the Nabisco brand and Mondelez International, for whom they claim they are running a new contest/promotion for that just went up and live earlier in the week. I did everything according to their rules & bylaws & officially provided my e-mail to them, for which an e-mail was sent to me to verify my candidacy. When I went to fill out their form & register for the contest, I kept receiving an unwanted error message from them stating that an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later. Despite the fact I have sent multiple screenshots to them to prove my case to them, they consistently & flatly deny that there is anything wrong with their site, So why am I dealing with these issues at my end then?! In some instances, I have had to refresh their site 50 + times on average just to get the damn thing working properly. For now, I am referring specifically to this newest contest where I cannot even register to apply officially to win prizes from these folks and that website in question is Holiday Greets and Treats, associated with Mondelez International and Nabisco, as this has been a recurring problem when it comes to this company & their subsidiaries and I am asking for them to properly look into these issues & find out why I am unable to register on there for this contest, despite their claims everything is working properly. Not sure where or why they are making such claims, but i wouldn't be raising a fuss with them if I wasn't having issues with their contests & it always seems to involves Merkle/HelloWorld when it comes to such a thing. So I wanted to make a report to you folks at the BBB to properly look into this company & find out why this is happening with them & to see to it this gets cleared up once & for all!! Not asking too much of them here regarding this. Shameful!
