Same as others, ordered, not as on the picture, was never able to reach them for a return label, not via the email address, not via the contact form on the website, nor the telephone number (which is not in use). Scammers, do not order from here!

I purchased two garments from Merley Stockholm which arrived in 25 days. One item was a little different than I ordered, but somewhat ok. The other item was a joke. It was a different color, material (elastic style polyester), and definitely a different cut that was warped and very poorly made. Sleeves that should be to the elbow were more like cap sleeves. I ordered medium. The only marking on the garment was a #1.
When I contacted the company, I was informed that even though the product was not what I ordered, I must pay for the return to an address in China, pay 150 SEK in return fee, make the return trackable, and buy my own shipping tag. All that would cost more than the 450 SEK that I paid for the item.
Merley Stockholm is a total rip off and cheats people by sending crap products that do not match the order. Merley Stockholm also makes returns too expensive and risky because they say they may refund the money or not.

Web site looked professional as well as the cash out , though I regret that I in detail not read the refund terms .
- the product quality a jacket was miserable and had been impossible to sell on a store in Sweden for that price.
- Customer support suggested a additional discount to keep the product and informed me that since the product was on sale they couldnt offer a refund though that they agreed to the picture sent not met the pictures online , so un professional
- thereafter it took 5+ days to even get approval by mail to receive a return adress and forced to pay freight back to china further on top of that a administration fee.

Avoid this market place , a low mark business with a not sustainable business model at all and a bad client experiance

It was easy and seams nice the picture if the jacket so i hope its going to be nice.

I wish I’d read online reviews before ordering! Excellent website & pictures, absolute crap quality products that are shipped from China with no possibility of return without a call to the Philippines because their email response is slow.
Return shipping is NOT local as suggested be the website, but is too China with obligatory tracking at the cost of the $50 I paid for the item.

I bought a jacket and a sweater and I am extremely disappointed. incredibly poor-quality bad colouring, definitely not what I expected for the price.
Additionally, the items are relatively expensive for the terrible quality you get. I expected more for my money and feel completely ripped off. I will not be shopping here again.
Total scam company

Ordered what was described as a cotton cardigan/jacket. Looked beautifully colourful and for a reasonable 500kr.
After 14 days i received a hideously cheap and nasty piece of polyester that i wouldn't pay 5kr for or be seen in. The only thing Merely is good at is marketing.
Absolutely 100% sham company.

Its a scam. Cheap Chinese products for high prices and no return policy. After 20 emails to the customerservice for a few weeks now, still no response. Crappy merchandise and no aftersales. This is a scam! The comapny says “danisch design’ NOT TRUE!!!

Easy to shop and I hope the buy is as good as the posted images!

I thought I was ordering from a Dutch company (Merley Amsterdam), but that turned out to be a Swedish company. Ordered and it took three weeks to receive it. The vest looked nothing like the vest I had seen on the website. Sent email with photos, no response received to date. I won't be ordering anything from this again.

Easy and good site. Simple graphical pictures that gives a good over view. Now let's see if the clothes are as good!

(For English speakers) Do not buy any article from this store. It has the worst shopping experience ever; Delivery time is very long (over a month), Quality is very low (Shein and Temu has better than them) with a return policy that you carry on your own. It is not a store located in Sweden, the store is located in China, which means you pay all custom duties to have this item returned incase you don't want it.
