Registration for the lifetime guarantee via your website was painful! Product selection, especially part number selection was frustrating to the point of giving up or just choosing the closest match. Very irritating, this needs improving please.
I can add that within 24 hours Merlyn had corrected the issue for me and they are working to improve the user experience of their site. Excellent response from Merlyn.

I rang Merlyn Showers to get help with obtaining a spare part. Amazingly I got straight through to the technical department and spoke to a real person! Patrick Brennan was able to help me resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service!!!

Prompt generous repair service
We have a Merlin shower door, well past it's warranty period. When the lower wheel units broke, Patrick Brennan of Merlin responded to the problem immediately, exchanged emails over a weekend and despatched replacements without delay and at no charge. 100% good service, something which is very rare

Shower waste issue
I had a small issue with an incorrect waste supplied by the retailer for a Merlyn shower tray I purchased.
After contacting Merlyn customer services and talking to Bill Muldowney I felt compelled to leave a review due to the excellent way our issue was resolved.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Have a shower from merlyn for many years. The roller siezed up and I could not find a replacement. I contacted Merlyn and they sent a replacement feee of charge.

Replacement parts - great service
My shower door is a number of years old and has always operated perfectly . I contacted looking for replacement rollers (constant toddler interference and nothing to do with product) and the service was superb. Patrick was extremely helpful and got us sorted.

Replacement shower door seal
I required a door seal for my walk-in shower. Even though the shower was installed over 4 years ago, I contacted Merlyn Showering to see if they could supply me with the part I needed. Not only were they able to supply the part required but they did so free of any charge as a gesture of goodwill. That’s what I call customer service and I am one completely satisfied customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Merlyn Showering for all bathroom/showering needs. Well done

The original installation of the shower was excellent and the slight subsequent adjustments were carried out promptly and efficiently. The shower in question had had a number of prior incarnations none of which approached in quality and design the Merlyn one. I would unhesitatingly recommend the company.

Excellent efficient service from Patrick Brennan. I ordered some replacement seals for my bifold shower door. Patrick knew exactly what I needed and arranged for replacements to be sent. Some were in stock and were sent immediately. Others were on order and followed as soon as they came back in stock. Would definitely recommend.
