Dear Charles, we are terribly sorry that you did not have a good experience. We can assure you that it is 100% the original Mero Macho imported from Ecuador. Due to US regulations, we are only able to import the 60 mL bottles rather than the larger size that most people have come to know over the years.

Lack of use directions, care and more information.
I was expecting to see on the label more instructions, directions, and care about the product.
Collateral effects is something that should concern about anyone taking any kind of health supplements.
Other than that the product is awesome. I was a bit scared to drink it because the lack of information and still don’t feel like recommending it just to anyone because of that.

Dear Mr Alex Peraza. We are sorry that you have not received your Mero Macho, natural male enhancer. You have sent us a total of just 1 email, to which we responded expeditiously with the tracking number and the proof that the USPS had marked it as delivered. We provided you with a couple of options and never heard back from you until this review. We find it unfair that we are getting hit with a negative review for something that just is out of our control. The USPS may have delivered it to the wrong address and had we worked together we may have gotten to the bottom of this. We do keep our lines of communications open and if you still would like to resolve this, then we will be more than happy to work with you.
