SCAM! Don’t order from them. I ordered a coat, but when I received it had weirdly short arms(not how it looked in the pictures and videos). I contacted them by email to receive info about return address, and they never answered the several email I sent, I think they did this in order for it to go beyond the 30 days timeframe to return an item. Don’t get fooled by them. UNPROFESIONAL AND SCAMMERS! SHAMEFUL! I will be reporting this business
Do not buy from Merra! Quality and design of the products are not as they show on their website. Do not get fooled bu the nice clothes they showcase. I ordered a long coat and it is horrible, the arms are too short and is nothing like the pictures. I anted to return it but they insist that I bought it during a sale so it is not possible. Literal Scam.
I bought a jacket from them during the Black Friday sale. The jacket I received was not the same as the one shown on their website. I got a different jacket that only looks a little similar. The fabric and design are different, and the quality is very bad.
I asked to return the jacket because it was not what I ordered, but they kept saying I could not get my money back because it was a sale item.
