While Merrion Gold guarantees to buy back any items that we sell to our customers, we cannot extend that guarantee to items purchased from elsewhere.
We do regularly buy items purchased by customers from other gold dealers, as we were able to do with some of your items on this occasion. However, we have a strict testing and verification policy for all items we purchase, in order to ensure the highest levels of quality control in our business.
Unfortunately some of the items you were hoping to sell on this occasion did not pass our testing processes, although we were happy to purchase the items that did meet our requirements.
We are sorry to be unable to help you with the disposal of the items you have mentioned, but hope you will return to Merrion Gold with any other items you may have in the future.
