I can not recommend Adam and his team from Merseyside sheds enough their customer service is 2nd to none !! I’d give them 20 stars if I could. I recently bought two log cabins and two sheds from Tiger in the last 6 months, and yes I’ve had a few issues with installation on one cabin but this company and Adam in particular has gone above and beyond to sort them out for me. Always in contact with updates and frankly a source of reassurance everything will be sorted ( which it is now) A company that can be relied on and trusted is a god send in today’s society ! Thank you Adam you have been amazing from start to finish and I’m glad I drove two hours from my home in Cumbria to Liverpool to order !! Will 100% order from Merseyside sheds again ( I just wish we were in their installation area) :) we cant thank you enough !! Honestly these guys won’t let you down !

This is the third shed from Merseyside Sheds over the years. Staff at Liverpool are great you can basically design the shed you want. It arrived at the time and day specified. Also the fitters arrived as arranged and did an excellent job building the shed and did it very quickly. Would recomend this company both on quality and price.

Tiger sheds excellent. Fully recommend them. Very happy with service and shed.

Bit disappointed originally with the timescale,but can't complain gave me a date turned up on it, erected shed tidied up good workers Peter and Keith ,very happy with quality of shed.

Good quality and reasonable price, I have three of their builds now, my only critisim is they dont fully seal windows in place with silicon sealant. The two erectors Peter and Keith were great.

Great display of garden buildings with helpful staff on site. We visited on a Sunday morning and the chap was very attentive.

All seemed fine when I ordered a 7 x 5 pent roof Tiger shed for my allotment through Merseyside Sheds in March. I specifically asked verbally and again in emails (which were acknowledged twice) that the installers ring me an hour before they were due to arrive to give me time to get in my car and drive to the allotment, but no they rang me when outside the gate of the allotment. Meaning I had to drop everything & rush to get there. No apology. Also the shed which had cost £650 was not perfect - the back panel was split and the guy said it should have never left the factory like that (should have been checked surely when it arrived in Bootle). He filled it with mastic. He did offer to take it away but I’d already waited 5 weeks and I needed it. A month of using it and I’ve also noticed some other defects. I have photos but don’t seem to be able to post them here. No after sales care call either from Tiger or the franchise depot. Do not recommend.

The whole experience was great, from initially reviewing the companies social media page to see what kind of items they sell, to attending to showroom to get a better idea of what would suit my needs.

I spoke to a really helpful chap at the showroom who helped me understand the process of ordering and installation, and ensuring I got the right product for my needs.

I'm so happy with my new log cabin which I use as a partial home office and a relaxing area for the wife and I on the evening. Would highly recommend Merseyside Sheds and will definitely be coming back for a standard sized shed once I've sorted the rest of my garden.

Delighted with the shed we've recently bought from Merseyside Sheds. The guy we dealt with at the weekend was brilliant and answered all of our questions. He provided us with all the details and process. The installers arrived when arranged and did a fantastic job and had our new shed build in no time. Quality looks great and I'll be returning to purchase our new summerhouse in the new year.
