I am regular buyer for myself and relatives of MCR and always had a great experience. Delivery times are very short too. I live in Madrid, Spain and it generally 3 days what it takes the firm to deliver. Their catalogue is ample and running good level of stocks. Attention to detail is great including a handwritten appreciation note every time I visit the website. Its my view that only people that love what they do can provide a great experience.

The buying process on the website was almost perfect and love the selection of socks you have.
I've ordered two socks on the 3rd of November. As I did not get them, I've sent you an email explaining that I still miss the socks and asked for tracking. Here Vincent quickly responded and sent me the delivery note: It was delivered on the 11th. I did not get the package, so someone took it or it was never delivered. I called the Swiss Post to start an investigation, tough it is only possible to start from the shippers side. So I sent an email with this information back to the MCR Team, since then no one replied. This may not be MCR's fault but if they would have just used 2mins of their time to write a short mail, I wouldn't be writing this review now. I was really sure to buy more socks as I've heard they are of superb quality but now missing over 40 euros, I am afraid to order again. - this issue is now resolved. The MCR team was so kind to send me a replacement parcel. Socks look fine and I am eager to wear them soon. Definitely worth a buy. Thanks again Vincent for your help.
