I’m by no means at all a professional, so I can’t speak for any professional applications. But for someone who’s not used to technology at all, I got my first 3d printer, took a photo of my dogs face,... See more

Strong AI tool for fast 3D prototyping, but still evolving
I’ve been using Meshy for generating 3D assets from images and text, mainly for quick prototyping and concept validation. Overall, the experience is impressive — especially in terms of speed and accessibility.
What Meshy does well is lowering the barrier to 3D creation. You don’t need deep 3D expertise to get usable results, which makes it extremely valuable for designers, indie developers, and product teams working on early-stage ideas. The ability to go from reference to model in minutes is a huge productivity boost.
That said, the output quality can be inconsistent. Some generations look surprisingly clean and usable, while others require significant manual cleanup. Topology and texture accuracy still need improvement if you’re aiming for production-ready assets.
UI/UX is generally intuitive, but there’s room for refinement — especially around control over generation parameters and predictability of results.
Overall, Meshy is a powerful and promising tool for rapid 3D workflows. It’s not a full replacement for traditional 3D pipelines yet, but as a concepting and iteration tool, it already delivers real value.

I made a model was happy with it tried to download it and then it wants me to pay.
I am disappointed.
Costly for Meshy v6, but it works out in the end.
I haven't found a better 3D generative AI model than Meshy. Sometimes it makes some bad glitchy models but at the end of the day - a few fix-me-up prompts can fix the glitchy issues.
Excellent file and very easy to use
The platform is fantastic.
Does exactly what it says it will
Does exactly what it says it will and has a very friendly user interface. The layout and options are easily found and intuitive. the results are great

It’s clear that there is still room for improvement. However, even in its current state, it provides significant efficiency gains. As a brand owner selling personalized products, I can generate models in seconds that would normally take days to create. This is a truly powerful advantage in both production and content creation.
That said, I believe the pricing policy could be more reasonable and user-friendly. A more balanced approach, especially for long-term use, would make it accessible to a much wider audience.

Referral is a scam
When giving a referral bonus subscription, they not only charged my card after saying the next 2 months would be free; they continued for 10 straight days to act like they were investigating that- after removing bonus credits AND the subscription and never giving the referral promises. It was a scam for them to get their name out with no reward and they still attempted to get money from it.
It works pretty well
An intuitive tool capable of generating fairly complex shapes. However, it still needs improvement when it comes to handling openwork objects.
Very simple ang strong apps
Great results so far
Great results so far. Wish the next iteration can allow for multiply images to be updated to get more accurate results. Still, it's a great start.
