Outstanding Customer Service
This was a recurring order but an item was missed on my delivery; however, the MESOA team acted expeditiously and solved the issue without question. The missing item was with me the following day. Can’t fault the outstanding customer service and I am more than happy with the products I use.

Mesoa is an amazing company
Mesoa is an amazing company. Outstanding products. I’ve been looking for a product for my dry skin without making it look greasy after application for years. At first I was a bit sceptical about the price but it really is worth every penny and I can honestly say a little really does go a long way. So hats off and keep up the good work

I ordered the beard care bundle which didn't arrive as scheduled (fault of Royal Mail). When I spoke to customer services they where extremely helpful and sent me a replacement order the next day.
Products are great quality and presented really well.

Mesoa shower gel
A good product with a very appealing and unique fragrance. The shower gel works well and the smell of it stays subtlety with you.
Only let down by the legacy that they seem to have with thin , almost water like consistency which can mean the gel pours out of the container rather than you squeezing it out.

Even helps after radiotherapy
I had radiotherapy so my skin is incredibly dry this is the only moisturiser that has made a difference even the oncologist is amazed at how moisturising this cream is

Sorry for being so brutal only being truthful.
Shower gel has no substance and you end up losing some of it when bottle inverted whilst using it in the shower.
Shaving crème was also disappointing, unable to form any kind of lather.
Needless to say I won’t be buying again.

Our Hydrating Shave Gel isn’t supposed to foam up; it’s a gel, that creates an irritation-free hydro barrier between blade and skin. We’re sorry our products are not for you but thank you for your custom and feedback.
Mesoa experience
Mesoa offers customers an excellent shopping experience. The website is clear, and very informative about the products and is also easy to use. Once you have ordered something it gets dispatched very quickly - the same day. Standard delivery is swift too with Royal Mail tracked 48. Plus if you need to email customer service about anything at all - you get a swift and informative reply by email. An excellent customer service experience.

I've been using various makes of moisturiser for years but this ticks all the boxes for me. It smells good and is the right, I'm trying to think of the right word, thickness perhaps . it doesn't run and feels good when I'm applying it.
