Order has not arrived

Ordered framed poster for son's Xmas present on 17th Dec 2025. Received a really nice email from Alex in MES saying unable to meet delivery and offer to refund or free poster if ok to wait till mid Jan 2026. Replied saying yes this is fine and happy to wait. It is now 14th Feb and have emailed 3 times but no reply, tried ringing but no answer and online chat confirms order waiting.

Disappointment

I ordered a poster from MES to arrive for Christmas. Received a lovely email from Alex at MES mid December, being very honest and transparent, claiming that due to a supplier issue, they were unable to deliver the poster by Christmas. They asked that, if I were ok to wait until January, would I like to receive an additional free poster along side the one I had already ordered.

I thought that was a great way of handling it. I’m happy, they’re happy etc.

However, it’s end of January now. I’ve received no posters, no refund and MES Posters aren’t replying to any of my emails.

Take companies that advertise on Instagram and list supposed products on Shopify, with a pinch of salt. Literally anyone can do it.

Amazing service from this company

Amazing service from this company, I believe they are under new management and have rectified a mistake made with my order from a couple of years ago.
Mistakes happen but I am very pleased with their efforts to make things right :)

The poster came completely rinkled up…

The poster came completely rinkled up and has creases all over it. Was much smaller than originally thought. Would not buy anything from this site again.

Be warned

We had to wait for three weeks before getting the message we have to pay 50% of the cost extra for customs costs. No warning although well know before for items sending to Belgium. Items were delivered for expedition weeks after actual purchase. Not recommended …

Damaged

The poster had slight damage luckily once framed this was not too visible. Perhaps another method of packaging is required as this isn't a cheap run of the mill product.
