Great First Impressions – Excited to Work With Message Plane

I’ve been in the call center vertical for close to 30 years, and I just signed up with Message Plane. I’m impressed with their user-friendly CRM and how intuitive it is to navigate. The customer service team—especially Rica—really knows her stuff, and their IT team is clearly highly qualified. Based on my experience so far, I’m confident this is going to be a great partnership, and I’m looking forward to really working with this company.
