Amazing goggles and really quick service considering it was around Xmas. Recently used on my latest ski trip, the visibility was awesome! Definitely my new fave piece of kit!

Great solid quality frames, delivered within timeframe advertised, very stylish glasses

Ordered some glasses zu Germany, but they didn‘t fit me, so I asked to return them within given time. After weeks of no reply I emailed them a second time, but still nothing. The glasses itself are nice, but as said, don‘t suit me and I can‘t make use of my right to return them, as displayed on their website.

Katrine has been helpful to me (1) when I originally purchased three pairs of ski goggles and (2) months later, when I discovered an issue with one of the pairs.

She was knowledgeable, pleasant, proactive, and very responsive.

The goggles themselves are SUPERB. They adjust instantly to different kinds of light - I replaced a pair of Oakley Prizm goggles (which were not up to the task), and I will never go back.

The sunglasses are fantastic! Initially, I had some trouble reaching customer service regarding a return, as I had purchased multiple pairs of the same glasses. Their website had some issues. However, they have now resolved the issue. Overall, I’m very happy with our purchase. I got my wife the NEW DEPP sunglasses, and they both look and feel amazing.

Excellent - Ordering was so easy, quick delivery, bought for a Christmas present, my son loves them, he's off to Australia mid Jan, so will be in full use for 3 weeks.

The sunglasses are more than fine.
However, ordering is difficult and customer support seems to be non-existent.
It clearly states on the site that shipping is free in the EU for orders above 45€.
Still calculated 10€ shipping fee to deliver to Germany on order of 50€+.

Just returned from Austria and the MW XEP goggles were excellent in all conditions. Fast delivery from order. Would recommend

The goggles were fine, except the seal for the inside of the goggles had obviously been ripped off before.
Since they were also too narrow for my face/eyes, i wanted to issue a return. I tried for two days in a row and only got errors and was therefore unable to get a return shipping label. I then tried to issue a claim (because of the ripped seal). I still havent gotten a reply.

This is very unfortunate because the goggles themselves looked fine, only too small for my face.

The quality of both frames and lenses far exceeds that of the “high street” retailers.
The frames are built to last whilst the lenses are more relaxing on the eyes.
