complaint about course and reaction on that

Dear Kate,

Thank you for your message.
However, I'm very surprised about your answer.
At first your answer regarding the contents of the course:
Since the introduction text states that the impact of the course would be "feeling good in every situation
and influence others to do so", I wrote in for the course because that is something I deeply believe in.
Although, I have certainly had another expectation than to feel that bad,
that I wasn't even able to write my complaint about it earlier.
Never have I had such an outcome of any course.
I'm sure Dr. Bandler can do miracles, maybe in my case he did not so good.
So I state that the course doesn't do what it promisses, at least not to me.
I don't know what subconscious things happen there.
The second thing I'm very surprised about is your way of handling my complaint:
I regret your answer about therapy expectations and so on.
Since the promisses of the course are to leave in a better state than I arrived.
And I'm confused about your advice to help me
to find my way in the Netherlands and find a trainer.
My question to you is to do a form of compensation for the lack of satisfaction from the course.

It would deeply damage my idea of the NLP/Bandler organisation's integrity if you and dr. Bandler would not meet that wish.

And I'm sure you would like to have a better image in the world than this that I have now.
Altogether, this whole exercise has costed me 7500 euro's, almost 10000 dollars.
I can understand if times are difficult nowadays but a dissatisfied customer doesn't do much good either.
In addition I can tell that I'm a very strong person as it comes to spreading the word about something
good. And I'm sure that you and dr Bandler would like to have the benefits of that quality of mine..

I trust that you will find a way to compensate me and pay back at least the course money.

Thanks again and I trust I'll hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Met vriendelijke groet,
