Sent and charged for supplements not ordered
This company makes it very hard to cancel your subscription- 4 tries and countless codes sent to "confirm" I was me after already being logged in with my password and they finally let me cancel the subscription for the protein powder I signed up for. I NEVER signed up for the supplements that started sending and billing for the 2nd month into the subscription. I've had to email them as there is no way to start a return on their website. I doubt it will go smoothly and will likely have to contact my credit card to challenge it. They also started sending really dramatic emails about RFK, conspiracy theory type stuff.. I'd avoid at all costs and regret getting involved with this company
