Powder product with fewer portions
I'm generally happy with the products, apart from one: ULTRADYN IMPACT powder. Basically I realized (because I write down everything), that the 56 portions of these 313g are not like that, they don't correspond to what is written on the package and therefore unfortunately less! And considering the price of the product, I'm not happy about it at all! Moreover, using the measuring cup inside the package. 🤷🏼♀️🤔

Bionutrics, Web Site and Sales Process is a real shame
What is the actual link between Bionutrics (French speaking part of Belgium) and Metagenics dot eu (Dutch speaking part of Belgium)... it seems that the French customers are bond to Bionutrics computer science incompetence (the web site is a terrible mess) and poor sales process to order those precious Metagenics products.
Today, impossible to connect to my account.
The site Forces to update to a new password, why my password is fine long and complex and randomly generated and already matching all and more of the required criteria.
To achieve that an automatic email was sent to my electronic mailbox... and a link to be followed...
This link was actually tracked by [awstrack] in my case... at first it really look like a scram, and anyway this is scary for such a sensitive activity of password managing.
Tried anyway, had no other chooses, the link after its redirection lands on bionutrics dot fr site to indeed do some kind of password management.
Meanwhile I tried to ask a new password from the login page link "forgot my password" just to avoid the tracking, this function also requires an email to be received... but it was never sent out.
So I complied, was tracked by awstrack and completed the process...
Then a modal layer appeared on the page asking my to read some "general terms and conditions of sale", all printed in one line in a textbox with a scroll, guys this is totally unreadable... down at the end it seems even not finished, if you read carefully you will notice that some part have to be filled... scary2
To validate this action a checkbox had to be ticked to confirm the acceptance of the above unreadable "general terms and conditions of sale" AND the "data privacy policy" for which an URL was provided, pointing to www dot bionutrics dot fr slash terms-of-use, this page is 404, simply not found!
So, first this is no other option than NOT giving consent, second you don't know the rules...
Checking this box and clicking on "Continue" did make a red banner appear on the top right corner with some weird message "Server Error: cannot create ... user"
Had to clean all my browser cache and cookies, start fresh to be able to login... took a while and I do not enjoy doing that, all my other session got killed in the process.
But the most annoying is that, now I am logged in, my order history is empty, I have tried all the links for past orders, current one, un-shipped (only this one should be empty)... there is nothing.
Can you please explain me how to access my order history? At least?
About the link between Bionutrics and Metagenics, I am curious since I would rather test ordering at Metagenics to save my this stress and annoyance, but for some reason they do not ship to my address (in a French speaking territory)... maybe something to do?

-Bionutrics is the French brand of the Metagenics group. If you are located in France, your order should be placed on this specific website for the French market.
-We launched a new version of our website on March 7th and for technical and privacy reasons, we could not recover the passwords of the migrated users. That is why a password renewal must be executed via the link you mentioned in your email. The “Forget your password” will not work if you didn’t choose a new password. For the same reasons as for the password, we were not able to migrate the order history. You can nevertheless contact the customer service at the free number from France 0800 900 630 or at +32 42 47 61 61 from another country, or by mail at info@bionutrics.fr. For a select group of customers we have noticed that it’s necessary to clear the cookies in order to reconnect. A FAQ item is added on our ‘frequently asked questions’ page. Our teams are working already on fixing this difficulty.
-The routing of emails sent from the new version of our website is now handled by the Amazon platform, which explains the "awstrack" references you mentioned.
-For the issue you experienced with the terms and conditions not being displayed correctly and the links being incorrect, this is something we will pass on to the development teams to check. We apologize for the inconvenience
