“Metal” bear piece fell off wall after a few weeks. I used the hardware provided to hang it which included a double sided tape. The piece broke and bent in a few places. Because I was 10 days past the abnormally short 30 day return policy, they refused to provide a replacement. Btw, the art did not come with any hanging instructions.

I received the bear wall metal art and it was damaged during shipping. I reached out to metalplex and they got back to me right away. After sending the requested pictures they sent a new undamaged one. It is well made and gorgeous! I just love it! What a great company with great customer service.
