We are truly shocked by the condition in which the parcel was delivered. Unfortunately, shipping and handling are entirely outside of our control, and we have no influence over the actions of the delivery companies. That said, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
To proceed, we kindly ask you to provide clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged item. Once received, we will arrange a refund for you without delay.
Please note that there is no need to return the item to China at this stage.
As a gesture of goodwill, we can also ship you a complimentary gift locally from the UK, where we are based, to minimize any further inconvenience.
Regarding the M4 Sherman DIY model, please be advised that the next batch is scheduled to arrive in the UK in Q2 2026.

Not that great.
I really didn't care for this product because I felt like it was really hard and frusrating to put together and the directions were kind of hard to follow. And after hours of trying to put it together I just gave up on it. Also I would not recommend getting this for a kid as they would get very frustrated and this is more for an adult with experience of putting these things together.

Great kit, the model looks nice at the end :)
Don't forget to have your own tool to make details shape in proper form. Sometimes it's difficult to do with just fingers. It's not included in kit.

Yes, some of our model kits do not include tools in order to keep the price affordable for our fans. The toolkits we offer separately are designed to be reusable and can be used to assemble multiple models.

The LED light string was labeled incorrectly. DC voltage markings were reversed.
Problems with my last model were corrected with a replacement part. Very responsive and pro-active customer service.
