Not made in the USA and poor customer service

I am a repeat customer who recently purchased a total of 9 metal raised beds from this company, spending over $1,500.00. While the physical products are ok (they all arrived with dents and scratches and are quite flimsy) the business practices and customer service are incredibly disappointing.
First, be aware of the branding: the company heavily markets itself as "the first metal beds in the USA" and highlights their Texas warehouse, creating a strong "made in the USA" impression. However, the beds are actually manufactured in China, and the company has no physical address in the USA making it difficult to post reviews. Therefore, be aware of their filtered reviews on their website.
Second, their customer service is combative. Days after I placed a large order for 7 beds they increased their Fall discount from 10% to 20%. When I reached out to ask for a price adjustment as a loyal returning customer, they flatly refused. When I informed them I would share their rigid policy with the public, they said "Go ahead". It's very hard to return these and very costly, so make sure you want these beds.
If you want to support actual American manufacturing or if you value a company that treats loyal buyers with basic respect and fair pricing flexibility, look elsewhere. There are plenty of competing metal bed brands on the market today that actually value their customers.
And quite honestly, considering the quality of the delivered product relative to the cost these are not a good value.
