I bought garden gates and they are good quality. Nice and heavy. They arrived with the wrong eye bolts and the phone line didn’t work but they were very quick to answer emails and sent a new set out. When they didn’t arrive they sent another set too. Both then arrived on the same day so a postal problem. All my emails were answered quickly so in the end I didn’t mind the phone line not working.

I was debating 4 or 5 stars as there was an issue with one of the gates when we unwrapped them. Fittings missing and a bent rod. However, the customer service response was swift and all resolved to everyone's satisfaction without any drama. I truly believe good service is judged when things go wrong. We love the gate design and all working well so far. Thanks Dan!

I bought bifold gates, at a sensible price, I'm no expert, but the quality seems good! Communications were EXCELLENT, with very rapid replies to enquiries. Hinges were missing on arrival but re-shipped at no extra cost with a nice little printed guide to installation. I needed to buy raw bolts in accordance with the instructions (I had already been warned of this). There was an approximately 6-week wait, but that was made clear BEFORE ordering so absolutely happy with that.

The only negative really was with delivery. Given there was a six-week lead time we were a bit surprised to get a call saying "it's coming today". We said we were off to a funeral (2 day trip), but that delivery couldn't be delayed since they were already on the van and it was a two-person lift. We did not wait in for it, which was fortunate because in fact it came the next day. Fortunately, we have lovely neighbours who teamed up to carry them onto their own property until our return... then help us carry them back!

So all in all I definitely recommend. and THANKS for the product and good service.

There is no phone line to report problems, emails go unanswered. THe gates turned up without the latch or fixings needed to mount them to the wall. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying - AVOID DO NOT USE THEM!

Courier they use are very unreliable and my order wasn't delivered.
We have a landscape project and need several more gates but definitely won't use this firm.

Tried to message re an order but can’t get past the security password despite at least 10 attempts. Seems they don’t really want my business but if they do I am willing to speak

Always a pleasure dealing with this insightful company. I'm a regular customer and I'm never let down.

For the price...dreadful....Made from thin steel section and very thin tube welded together. Hinge brackets provide just in and out movement. No up and down adjustment as in field gates which can be easily provided by drilling slots in the gate and not holes. Side to side adjustment not there either. This makes fitting real hard work. Not enough effort in designing the product gone on. They expect using M6 bolts and just two fixing holes on the hinge plates to stand the test of time ???? The life of the product? I reckon seven years tops....There are much, much better manufacturers on the market. If you use this company then you have been warned !!

Update; I was a subcontractor on site so, yes, you would have no record. I personally would not buy from just on the strength of your arrogant reply!! Learn how to deal with your consumers properly and politely then you may get somewhere. I stand by my comments. This is a poorly manufactured product!
