These folks are excellent. Dave was super helpful in coordinating our first-ever order of 3,000 brass pieces. Here's the deal: 3,000 is a big order for us, but probably a super small order for them. It didn't matter. Their level of service, response times and follow-up made me feel like their top customer. I'll do business with them again.
