Bought two absolutely gorgeous cartilage piercings. The jewellery is exactly as advertised, very original designs, very good quality and decent pricing - also very beautiful in real life! The shipping was also super fast. Definitely recommend.

My daughter had to visit as an emergency. A piercing from another shop had not healed and was bleeding continuously. The team were fantastic. They reassured her, were kind and really efficient at working out what the problem was. We left with a new piercing that has healed really well with no more problems. Would wholly recommend ☺️

I visited Matthew and the team when they offered a pop-up at Soho House, Greek St. I really wasn't sure what would be best, and thanks to their expertise I was able to find the perfect placements. Furthermore, for anyone worried about pain, Matthew's process was so calm I decided to immediately get another piercing as I knew I was in safe hands. It's a great business and for anyone wanting to be looked after, professional advised and to have a great memory. I highly recommend Metal Morphosis.

I came to Metal Morphosis to get two upper lobe piercings in the Carnaby store after stumbling upon it while shopping. The staff were so friendly and informative, and the jewellery selection was huge. Both of my piercings have now healed nicely. I also purchased the piercing pillow and really recommend it because I don't know how I'd have slept without it. I can't wait to go back again to do my other ear!!

Booked in for a faux-rook at the Carnaby St shop. The girl piercing me was not who I had booked in with. After 5-10 minutes of attempting to jam the needle through cartilage she told me that there was something wrong with the needle and she "couldn't get it all the way through"- the needle had partially punctured my cartilage but did not exit the back of my ear. what should of been a quick and relatively painless experience was incredibly uncomfortable and painful.

After this a more senior member of staff came in- an older woman who was incredibly unsympathetic.
she told me this happens "all the time"- and that it was a dud needle - not the fault of the piercer (after 5 years of being pierced I had never heard this excuse- and if it was genuine- perhaps change supplier if this is a recurring issue???)

I was clearly distressed and she responded in a dismissive and patronising tone, encouraging me to try a second needle and that the wound on my ear was "barely a scratch".
- the staff in there are generally abrasive - so if you're nervous about getting piercing DO NOT BOOK HERE. They are the WORST at making you feel at ease.

I got up to leave the shop, clearly upset and let down after I had travelled over an hour to the shop- I had to ask THEM for any sort of compensation. They reluctantly put 20£ on a jewellery gift card for me- even though the cost of the piercing was £40 - which didn't account for the money I had spent to travel there. An AWFUL piercing experience- and not very nice people.
Overly commercialised on instagram and tiktok- with very little substance or customer etiquite at the heart of the business.

Got my lobe pierced here last weekend. Meghan and Rokas were amazing - great team!

Got my rook pierced here, Carnaby location and everything was amazing.
Everything was clean, they take 7 minutes to sterilize the jewelry you pick and are extremely careful during the procedure.
Melanie made sure I was happy with the placement and made it painless.

Would love to return here when I come back to London.

Have had 4 piercings now at the Carnaby branch and my 10 year old also had hers done. The piercers are fantastic and Karina especially was wonderful with my daughter, who had a wobble just before having her ears done. Staff are always friendly and polite, even under pressure - it can get very busy! Have been back several times to have the bars changed in my forward helix piercings and when my piercing came out completely in my sleep and I couldn’t get it back in; nothing is ever too much trouble. The aftercare is absolutely amazing.

I took my 11yo daughter to have her ears pierced at the Hackney branch two months ago. I was waiting to check it all healed properly before leaving a review (it did!). Julien was very gentle with her and I really liked the way he ensured he had her consent for the piercing and talked her through what would happen, and their policy on piercing kids which is on the website. It felt clean and hygienic and I was much happier with this than I would have been a piercing gun on a high street store.

I went to get a piercing in both ears 👂 Win has put the mark on my ears & I’ve asked my boyfriend if it was even. He asked Win to adjust the mark twice as it wasn’t to his liking. Win wasn’t very happy about it and made few sarcastic comments which weren’t nice. On top of all that both piercings fell apart within 48 hours when I return home to Dublin. Had it fixed in Dublin where customer service counts. Wouldn’t return to this establishment again

Leaving a review here as well because it was just a really straightforward experience with lovely customer service. Went to the Hackney branch for a nostril piercing by Julien and can definitely recommend. The price and service are superior

So glad I discovered this gem. Great customer service & my piercing has healed so well! Had my septum pierced by Cheryl who was great throughout. I’ll be back :)))
