I've placed two orders and nine different plate pictures and my experience has been incredible , the pictures are all out of this world, of the highest quality and the service is excellent! I highly recommend Metal Plate Pictures. These metal plate pictures make amazing presents, they truly are mind blowing!

The frames are Great, Also having the option to make your own image is amazing which is allowing me to decorate my wall with what I would like, the stickers stick well and cover a lot and the quality is perfect. Very happy with what I have gotten and will continue to order more

I paid for next day delivery and UPS didn’t deliver. They say it won’t be with me for another 3 days.

The posters arrived quickly and with a free delivery. They are beautiful and as described. It was very easy to mount them on my walls and the instructions were easy to understand. There were despatched on the next working day, the customer service responded quickly to my question via chat. It was a good experience overhaul and the prices reasonable. I am happy with my purchase.

Order a poster from their website, Terry was extremely helpful with my order and communication was excellent. Poster was shipped in good time and when I received it was more than happy with the quality. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a custom metal poster to order here the quality is as good as displate and you get the freedom of choosing your own image. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Arrived in the timescale advised, the graphics and colour are amazing, a very good quality item.

Received a poster, it was well printed, I was happy with it, I installed it per the instructions. A few months later it fell off the wall, damaging the poster and my skirting board. They sent a replacement, based off the same image file, the replacement was misprinted, with the cyan pass being around 1mm out of line.

Rather than apologising and sending a second replacement, they began gaslighting me, claiming I sent the wrong image file and ignoring any evidence of the printing errors. They did this for just long enough that the 6 month PayPal dispute window had closed, then stopped replying.

I'm still waiting for my money back.

EDIT: It fell after the wall after 7 months during hot weather, demonstrating it was not fit for purpose, the summer only happens once a year, otherwise I'd have noticed earlier. The replacement you sent was misprinted, but you never even opened the attachments I sent proving such.

Swift service and delivery. Plus the product was of high quality

1. delivery service was poor.
2. corners of the poster are very untidy, one corner is damaged.
3. wrap is not applied straight on the plate.

Great communication, very quick delivery from time of order and fantastic quality product. If your after Metal Art I would highly recommended this company.

Very helpful staff, responded to emails on sunday night, called personally to respond to queries, dispatched same day, fast delivery and finally an excellent product.

Quality product at a reasonable price and arrived promptly

Having just received my pictures, I could not be happier. Everything from the quality to the customer service has been first class.

After initially placing my order incorrectly, Terry went out of his way to contact me directly to fix the issue and make sure everything was to my liking thereafter, and it was.

The pictures are fantastic and he put a lot of work incorporating different pictures into the one frame.

I would definitely recommend and will be returning myself soon

Shipping was pretty quick and accurate to what it says on their website.

Would be 5 stars if there was not a random white dot from a printing hiccup!

But would recommend if you are after a custom, metal poster with similar quality to other competitors like Displate. :)

They reacted quickly, were completely honest and resolved the problem as smoothly as possible. In my opinion, Metal Plate Pictures deserve 5 stars because of the way they handle things when others let you down. Well done to your staff and particularly Terry who was a star in his own right.
